Giftory was not responsive to the booking company, Miami Adventures. Because of this is missed out on taking a boat ride with my wife on valentine's day.

Accidentally bought the wrong tickets. I bought tickets to AMC instead of Regal and they quickly refunded me and returned my purchase.

Purchased a gift card for Olive Garden from Giftory for a birthday present. When the recipient tried to use the card at the restaurant it had already been used. Humiliating for the gift recipient as well as for me. Did some research on Giftory’s shady practices after discovering they have an “F” rating with the BBB and discovered they were victims of Identity Theft I believe they were required to inform their customers about their personal data exposure but failed to do so.
**Tried unsuccessfully 3 times for a refund to no avail.

Huge Waste of Money, excessive hurdles and terrible customer service makes it impossible to redeem their vouchers. Have submitted several requests for help through their website, wasted countless hours with this disaster and still have nothing to show for it.

Be ware of this vendor. While you can purchase the ticket/experience at a discount, redeeming the voucher is another story. No where on their site does it make clear that you cannot redeem the tickets on demand. Instead, you have to request when you’d like to use the voucher and wait for them to respond. This was the case when my family planned to go to the zoo, I requested to redeem the voucher 3 days before our scheduled day and Giftory emailed back a week later “sorry we missed you.” In turn I had to buy tickets direct from the zoo. I disputed giftory with my credit card saying the services couldn’t be used and the merchant tried to use my booking request as “proof” that I used the services. False advertisement- take your money elsewhere!

Terrible. Got a AMC deal with tickets and all back In September for this week. All of a sudden, my tickets don’t exist in my giftory account. When I know I purchased them. I’d steer clear if possible. First and last experience with this company. “Your voucher never expires” well it seems like it’s no longer active to me

I purchased a spa day with Giftory. The voucher was not accepted by the spa and I asked for a refund and I did not get a response. They do not have a number to contact just through email. This purchase involved a significant amount of money, and it is incredibly frustrating to be left without the service I paid for.
