Their service is great! We ordered customized Keychains for our hotel and we were amazed by the delivery of the keychains. It is so elegant and perfect. Better than expected. All communication happened over WhatsApp and they were really responsive and helpful.

I had ordered 45 nos. of corporate gift sets vide order numbers A26787, A26788, and A26789. The consignment was received yesterday in three boxes.

However, upon opening the packages, it was observed that in each box 4–5 gift sets were broken. The boxes were in a shabby condition and the packaging was not done properly (photo attached for reference). Due to this, the items are not in a presentable condition and cannot be handed over to my client.

I tried reaching out, but calls are not being attended today. Mr. Vijay had assured me yesterday that he would look into the matter, but this has been extremely disappointing and frustrating.

All products received are awesome. Quality is really good. Packaging was also good. Really loved it.

I had a bad experience ordering from your website, you guys shows 2 option free delivery n paid one even paying for logistics cost still the delivery gets delayed and this happens twice...Don't cheat customer like this...

First of all read return policy. They don't have return arrangement , you have to return by your side and return is possible only if product is defective either you like or don't like the quality, you have to keep the product with you.

Surely you will not like the quality.

Experience was great.Only thing to improve is delivery time and communication should be more transparent and better.

The products were very attractive, hence ordered my return gifts from giftoo. I even messaged them 3 days prior to ensure it gets delivered on time. I was told it would, but never came. Its been 3 days since delivery date, still no sign of the order. My son's birthday is already over, I had to make last minute arrangements, forget the extra expense, but the stress I went through was traumatic with so many other arrangements to make. Very disappointing service from the customer care, making false promises. They don't even pick the call, I have to keep waiting for message only. Very bad experience. I wish there was a better system to track and follow up.

It was a last minute order and they promptly delivered the return gifts for my daughters birthday a day before expected. Good quality products.

All products were exactly like the photos, very nice finished and cost effective. Initially i was lil scared of ordering due to those fraud website but they are very legit and send u same sam what you order, even i have picked up the color / specifics design of certain product and i received the same.

This is a good platform for those people who are short of time and have very limited choice to buy some return gifts. I like the store for gifts which are quite cheap and have a good variety. I liked their customer support. These people helped me in making product choices. Thank you.
