There's was a delay in the order I didn't know wt to do the delivery guy didn't answer and then I whatsapped the GIFTOO ppl and they helped me figure out wt the problem was and rectify it

It’s a scam. I ordered two customised bottles which are never delivered. Tried their customer care but no response. Now they are ghosting me.

I have ordered in giftoo on Dec 2025. I also opted for priority delivery which cost extra. After two days I didn't get tracking ID. Only After calling them, they have initiated order processing and started dispatch. It didn't came on time. It was return gift. It's worthless.
