To me, it deserve rating 2.5 out of 5. . Just becoz one reason "Timing Problems"
Actually it's hard to say that after place any order when it wil fulfill. . Bcoz sometimes (rare) wihin 10-minutes order fulfilled but mostly it took more than 1-2 hours+ . . Even 3-4 times, it took 5 hours++
Online support always not response though text already 'seen' by him.

Please check our product delivery time on product's description before placing order. As per my investigation, you place a direct top-up order & it's delivery time is up to 4 hours. and that service is available from 9:00AM to 11:59PM. You might have ordered beside service hours & this is only reason to deliver after 5 hours.
