Scam warning ‼️

Scam warning ‼️
The website looks legitimate, however the digital gift card never arrives and the so-called support people gaslight you. I’m in the process of getting this sorted out with my bank. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR WEBSITE.

Hello Wendy,

We're sorry to hear that this was your experience.

My colleague Don has already informed you that the voucher ended up in your spam folder. He also sent you an email with a suitable solution.

We hope you’re now enjoying your gift card! If you have any further questions, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to help.

Best regards,
Atif

Fraudlent

Fraudlent. I thought I found a great site where I could purchase a voucher for any of a list of stores that were not owned by the same group... (turns out thats too good to be true!)
Grateful my bank has great systems to spot the fact that the New Zealand site was processing the transaction in Netherlands, which had sent an alert in their system and blocked my card. On further looks - the site has no contact info other than an email and the only advice it gives on their FAQ if your voucher doesn't turn up, is "check your email spam".

Hi Lisa,

Thanks for your feedback. We want to reassure you that we are not a scam. Giftcards Group is an international company based in the Netherlands, and we’ve recently launched a new concept here in New Zealand — which is why the transaction may have appeared as coming from overseas.

We understand this can be confusing, and we're more than happy to help. Please feel free to email us with your order details and include your phone number. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible — and we’re happy to give you a call if you'd prefer to talk it through.

Best regards,
Atif
