Have been impressed with service and follow up of the hamper. Delivery is not until December but they have kept me informed of the purchase. There is a lot of products to choose from for Christmas 🎄

I have had a look into this and I can see that the card message you had given us to attach to your order was written as 'Happy 2st ....' and so this is what was automatically attached to your basket. In the process of attaching these card messages we always try to make sure that everything is correct, in particular the message matching the order so a mistake like this given to us was one we unfortunately missed in our process. In regards to your delivery date, I can see that it was actually delivered on the date you had requested which was the 9th but was not collected from the post office by someone until the 25th. We do sincerely apologise for the disappointment this has caused, however we do still hope that your recipient was still thrilled with their basket you arranged for them! Hi I placed the order for two baskets on the sunday to be delivered to our two sons in Newcastle. They were delivered a day earlier, but thats great and the boys and their lovely wives were absolutely thrilled.

Service as advertised but would have been even better if it made it to my dad on his birthday. One day late isn't bad in the current circumstances.

My order was damaged and I was only told when I enquired about delivery some 10 days later.
They offered to resend but what is the point when the occasion had passed.
Unlikely to use again.
