hi there i think your network is underrated .I think you have great deals i was on contact and still get offered deals like unlimited data for £15 saving of £10 then when my contact finish i could get the same deal of unlimited data for £15 on a rolling deal and you still get offers to plus they don't put their price up on a contact like some off the other networks .I think you go on a contract should be same price from start to finish like they do with your gas and electricity company do .I like the way giffgaff you can if you want to change the data you want to pay each month if you want to pay less or more

Flagged with them that its been an issue for over a decade o2 in my area. Mamy known users repprt it being ****. Fed this information back to CS and told them they need to send an engineer ro look at the masts amd git told theres nothing wrong with the area.
I dont like being called a liar from someone not taking my criticisms seriously.

Ive never seen 5G in the time since starting my contract in Feb. A lot of latency when using Internet with low speeds. Calls dont always connect 1st time. Happy with cost and large data bundle but slow internet speed and call issues ruins the experience.

This is the third time in 18 months I have been without network coverage for prolonged length of time. I am disabled with severe mental health disorders. I need to be in constant contact with my therapist, crash team, Dr and my carer. I have had no network coverage for the last 3 days. I have checked on your website, Giffgaff are stating they are carrying out maintenance. The network will be back on 7th July. This is unacceptable. You need to try harder. Do better. You are leaving me as a vulnerable person with no connection to the outside world. I have had to buy a SIM card for another network even though I don't have a lot of money. My top up with Giffgaff is now irrelevant as I can't use it and my package will run out on the 5th July. Which I haven't had full use of. Terrible service on all levels.

With Giffgaff for almost 10 years and really don't have any issues with them. Friendly contact support is always a text away also for the added benefit is the way to communicate with other customers in the community for advice if its needed. Bottom line- I trust Giffgaff. Not just the run of the mill mobile network provider, it's a community. Great packages to suit your budget and you're not locked into contracts unless you choose that route. The prices on their packages are amazingly inexpensive, the service is outstanding, but the trust.. it's knowing I'm mobile no matter where I go and I can reach out anytime I need to.

So they completely cut my rooming while having approx 400mb still.
Ive made a complaint and I've renewed my plan so i get access to Internet as I'm currently relying on Data.
They automatically renewed but I've got no acces to what ive been charged for.
The agent who' made this possible should apologise and pay compensation.

continually quoted GDPR laws but didnt understand that to ask for the amount of verification was unproportionate and not limited to what was necessary
when you provide payment details...username...address...last 4 digits on bank card...this should proportionately be more than enough but their customer service agents will quote gdpr without understanding the rules
