Feeling myself again!
I have had 2 lots of CBT therapy, my fist lot of sessions were to assess my anxiety and then my second lot of sessions were done on those exact anxieties.
My therapist was Zainab and I could not be more grateful to her for all the help and guidance she showed me, I have come away feel more myself then I have done in the last 3 years and I truly believe that is thanks to her and her techniques.
At no point did I feel embarrassed or felt judged by her, I felt I could truly express what I was feeling without having to worry about saying the wrong thing.
For anyone who is suffering with medical anxiety I would 10000% recommend Zainab to talk to, you will come out the other side feeling you again.
