SCAM. Don't use this. It doesn't work, there is no support, nobody to contact and they keep charging money even if you have cancelled.

Zero support. Almost $50 and it doesn’t work. Won’t even let me add my instagram account. No service support. Demanded refund. No response.

Garbage for 47 Euro. Useless service with 0 support.

Payed 47€, GUI absolutely not intuitive. Deleted my account. This looks like a scam. Avoid. Could not start any process

I recently purchased a service from GhostFollower.app, paying €47, expecting to manage my Instagram followers more effectively. Unfortunately, the experience has been overwhelmingly negative:
• User Interface: The platform’s UI is unintuitive and lacks essential features, making navigation and usage cumbersome.
• Service Issues: Instead of removing ghost followers, the service began deleting my genuine followers, adversely affecting my engagement.
• Lack of Communication: I did not receive any order confirmation or receipt upon payment, leaving me uncertain about the transaction’s status.
• Customer Support: Attempts to contact their support via the provided email (support@ghostfollower) and contact form have been unsuccessful, with no responses received.
• Refund Policy: There is no clear refund policy outlined, and given the lack of communication, obtaining a refund seems improbable.

Overall, this experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I advise others to exercise caution and consider alternative services with transparent practices and reliable customer support.
