The worst in every way. I tried to change from Oral Semaglutide to injectable , change never made. Money pulled from my account. Spoke to Customer Service and they can't guarantee a refund for a product I never received. I requested that a supervisor call me back and the rep said she couldn't guarantee me that that would happen. WHAT? Do not do business with the company.

I am extremely disappointed with this company’s billing practices and lack of accountability.
I received a single shipment of medication and made the decision shortly after to stop refills. I then cancelled my subscription entirely and have clear documentation confirming that cancellation. Despite this, the company has continued to charge me for over a year.
To date, I have been charged over $2,000 for products I did not receive and did not authorize after cancelling.
For the past two months, I have been in repeated contact with their customer support team, providing evidence of my cancellation multiple times. Each interaction has resulted in no meaningful resolution. The charges have continued, and no effort has been made to correct the issue or issue a refund.
This goes beyond a simple oversight. Continuing to bill a customer after confirmed cancellation, especially over such an extended period and amount, reflects either severe internal disorganization or deliberate negligence.
I strongly advise anyone considering this company to proceed with extreme caution. Monitor your billing closely, as cancellation does not appear to guarantee that charges will stop.
At this point, I have no confidence in this company’s integrity or ability to manage basic account functions, and I am pursuing further action to resolve this matter.

They say $35 a month and then they charge you $212. I paid 35 twice. It was supposed to be 35 for the first month and then I end up paying $212 go figure.

I honestly thought the process would be harder, but it's been surprisingly manageable. After a little over four weeks, I've lost around 14-15 lbs. My appetite is easier to control, and the support team has always been responsive when I had questions. Overall, the experience has been very positive.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. BILL YOU FOR A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION EVEN AFTER YOU CANCEL. They want to bill you a monthly subscription $135.00 on top of a high price ($199) for the medication which is higher than other companies. Cancelled with them on 2/17/2026 before medication was sent out and they refunded the purchase price of the medication but left the membership active. They refuse to cancel the membership or refund the membership amount. I've contacted MC and refused payment. DO NOT do business with this SCAM company. They also go by at least 2 names. Zealthy & Roen. They both have the same address.

Well they were great at first. I sent Dr a message because the nausea a constipation were really a problem. I was paying out of pocket for my meds. ATP you had to be full diabetic before insurance would cover. After getting my msg the Dr asked me for my insurance info she was going to send it to my pharmacy. Within 20 min from that msg they canceled me because I had Medicare and military insurance. Totally left me high and dry. Whole thing was upsetting now with company for 5 months not losing either that formula. Ty Zealthy
