Huge disappointment that the product failed 13 months after purchase.

While it was working it provided reliable and accurate data. I am not willing to pay $160 per year for this.

Wellue should either improve reliability or market the product as having a limited life.

It's not displaying error 4 today it is just not getting spo2

Wellue specifically says this product is not meant for continuous monitoring, but that's how we use it. My dad needs oxygen 24/7. He has full time caretakers and cameras on him. However, it's still impossible to see when he pulls the canula out and it's to the side of his face, etc. They check him every hour through the night, but if it is out, we didn't know how long. The ring alerts the phone when his oxygen drops below 88 (you can set your own threshold) so we can fix it immediately. The ring is more accurate than an oximeter and also tells us his pulse. We can see continual tracking on the app. I need 2 rings, so we can be charging one while using another. They've been a complete gamechanger. Home healthcare nurses rave about it. I think it needs to get added to Medicare and available to everyone!

The O2 Ring S has vibrated me awake every couple of nights when my oxygen drops. It's good to know why I wake up tired some mornings. As far as I've found, there's nothing else like it on the market. I download the ring every morning after I get up and check my oxygen levels, pulse rates and motion for the previous night. I'm still learning to use the app, but the more history I build up, the more I get from the data.

I am a multi-year customer and user of O2 Ring. I find this newest version "S" to be just as light yet more robust. The charging port cover fits better, and you advertise greater charge capacity. It appears that the maximum length of sessions is about 10 hours. And more sessions per charge. The fit of the ring is very comfortable. The construction appears to be a better silicone that is still light and flexible, yet also more sturdy if that makes sense. I am happy so far with my experience. I purchased as there was a holiday sale, and my previous O2 Ring was no longer charging to full capacity, after several years. I had opened a help ticket, yet feared there was no way to reset the previous ring, and I cannot afford to lose data since I am monitoring pulse ox while I sleep (positional obstructive apnea). A working ring will send me an alert which results in a position change, so I need a working ring!

I had a warranty issue with the aircuff band on my Wellue watch after a couple of months. Support responded quickly, reviewed photos, and shipped a replacement without hassle. Communication was clear and the issue was resolved smoothly.

The watch itself has been working well for me, and I’ve been especially happy with the battery life. Overall, a positive experience with both the product and customer support.

The first ring we received had a faulty battery. Wellue went out of their way to help replace it - and also dealt with a delivery issue. The ring vibrates when O2 is low - which is why we bought it.

The Wellue O2 Ring is an excellent product. It does everything I hoped for and more. When I had a recent issue with the device, I contacted Wellue Support. They responded quickly and resolved the issue in short order. They were very professional and easy to work with. I recommend this company highly.

The O2Ring is a sold product. I use it to track my SPo2 for sleep Apnea. I have tried other Oximeters that were cumbersome. This one fits on my thumb and i dont even notice it. Also the software that comes with it is great. Also the OSCAR software easily imports the data from the O2Ring.

I have lower back pain that I deal with day to day and when I received this lumbar device from your company of course I was skeptical because of all the past failures of other units. The first time I use this unit I already started not to believe what I was feeling and once I kicked it in with the electric stimulation it was game over for me. I mean it was a miracle for me in that after doing a 15 minute session my back was literally all better. I can't tell you how many months and months I've been dealing with stiffness and not being very flexible I just can't believe it. So I am rating this the ultimate lower back pain reliever hands down the best ever thank you👍👍👍👍👍

I had quite a few issues with the ECG machine I had purchased, but they weren't huge issues at all. Regardless, I did need to contact support a few times. However, each time they were extremely helpful, positive, and kind to me, and they didn't give up until a solution was reached! I recommend Wellue and their services :)

I used wellue and purchased a cpap machine. The name I got with receipt was You paid $465.00 USD to Shenzhen Livenpace T... I was suspicious because they did not request a prescription. I asked for a refund and got a lame answer so I think its a scam. I am so mad because it was a legit wellue site hijacked by Shenzhen whatever they are. I did report it to my credit card company. I will never purchase wellue anything again!

They were amazing, the device is great! I am a doctor and I can say that the reading of the ecg on the 7 lead holter is great!

First unit was defective(unable to charge). Second unit sent as replacement has exactly same issue, charging port defective and unable to charge. It seems you guys running a scam. Why don’t you guys test the unit before shipping to the customer???

I bought the Kids Continuous O2 Ring for my daughter. It's been a wonderful tool for gathering data about possible sleep disruptions for both my own knowledge (YAY DATA!) and discussing patterns with her doctor. After several months of routine use, I was disappointed to see that the strap attaching the monitor to my daughter's finger was starting to rip. When it finally tore, I messaged the company, expecting to get the typical run-around. I sent them proof of the issue, and they quickly informed me that a replacement would be shipped out shortly. They kept me updated from start to finish. I'm always happy to get behind a good product like this one, but their customer service really took it to the next level.

I am very happy with my CPAP machine purchase, bought through Wellue.
Their price is unbeatable, their customer service is very efficient, they responded quickly every time I spoke to them.

My purchase of a APAP was not what was expected, no WiFi and no O2 sensor capabilities as described in the user manual. This means no firmware updates or oxygen monitoring.

Time and date settings indicate this is a 2017 model, and eight year old version!

The holter which I ordered is great, price is great and also shipping was fast. Only proble I had was with the disposable elctrodes which were garbage.
