Great O2 & PR monitor at a reasonable price. The companion apps, ViHeath for iPhone and O2 Insight for Mac, are also great. The apps work well, easy to use and helpful in monitoring O2 & PR levels while I sleep. O2 Insight allows me to easily import data into Oscar CPAP app allowing me to correlate O2 with apnea events.
We have ordered multiple products over recent years via Wellue. Very satisfied with the products such as the Checkme™ Pro Vital Signs Monitor, the timely delivery and the support provided
The product (BP monitor) date and time is out of sync. There is no way to synchronise or set the date and time. The readings are varying a lot, hence the accuracy is doubtful. The app does not have any provision of use without sending the data to there servers. That is the data has to go to there servers first and then only will appear on the app. The privacy terms and condition is written Chinese. How can an American company have Chinese terms and condition? That makes this product suspicious. There is a chat option, but that again is a fraud. It is not online, it is just another alternative method of filling online form.

We bought a blood pressure wrist monitor. Turned up, worked fine - for 4 days (seems pretty accurate). Now will never give a reading. Contacted them - they purport to respond within one business day. They didn't to the original email (may have been spam filtering) but were quick to respond to a message on their contacts page. They have offered a replacement. So, good service, the failure may just have been bad luck, not sure yet.

This Ring 02 monitor is accurate and conveient. It is also trusted by the medical community. I used the pulse oximeter technology for over 40 years as a Respiratory Care Practitioner so I know the technology is sound. I'm so impressed by this devise and the reports that are generated daily truly aids in diagnostic use. I send the reports to my doctor when I'm having problems which gives a basis for for other testing.

I must say wow
I am very pleasant surprised it works for me. I juse it for my lower back pain because of years having a total knee replacement for 26 years and also a sciatica, after 1 week there is a great difference, I'm confident that in a month I have my back beter, I juse it twice a day, thank you Wellue
BTW, All medical appliances I bought from Wellue are best made decisions I made!
The SleepU is a simple easy product to use to monitor blood O2 levels while you sleep and will awaken you
with a vibration if o2 drops to a unsage level. I suffer from sleep apnea and it is very helpful for that purpose.
Software is free and is easy to install and use.
I have purchased four devices from this company over the past 5 years and am extremely happy with all of them. My purchases include two portable nebulizers which both continue to work wonderfully, a pulse oxygen monitor wrist band and most recently a pulse oxygen monitor ring - I am very happy with my purchases, they are all well made and arrived quickly.
No issues with ordering or delivery. I have the blood pressure watch and it works exactly as described. This is the smallest, easiest to use blood pressure monitor that I'm aware of. It will allow me to more consistently monitor my blood pressure which is critical for me as I'm a CDL truck driver.
I purchased the Smart Watch BP Device and was very satisfied with its performance. I calibrated it to my new arm cuff and the readings coincided. The watch uses an inflatable cuff that is more accurate than a watch with sensors.
The customer service reps, especially Kiki and Jennie were most helpful to me when I had a warranty issue. They assessed the problem and remedied it to my satisfaction. They were especially knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. This company and products deserve a five-star rating because they truly want you to have the best experience for your health monitoring. I highly recommend them.

I have placed three orders and all where as expected and delivered timely. The products function well and accurately. I have been looking for a continuous SPO2 monitor and the O2 ring is just that and is easy to use.
I used the ring nightly for several years with no problems. I use CPAP and the ring gave me valuable information about the performance of my mask. I highly recommend the ring for anyone who wants to know about their blood oxygen level through the night.
Great Device
I am very happy with this Pulse Oxymeter. It's easy to wear day and night and now I will be able to do some relevant comparisons with the ResMed sleep study equipment and various results from hospital studies. I also like the PDF Summary Report format; easy to share via the ViHealth App. Thank you for providing me with this important health check opportunity.
The compression pants are fantastic. The highest level of compression on the market! Great value too. You can't go wrong with these.
My Wellue O2 ring is fantastic.
My sleep Apnea is now more controllable because
As my O2 level drops, the ring wakes me up to
Increase my breath’s and raise %.
The ring was recommended by my doctor and it
Was certainly worth it.
I have congenital (from birth) heart disease with electrical and mechanical dysfunction. Systemic bias in cardiology guidelines meant being dismissed by countless cardiologists and two Tier1 (ACHD/GUCH) centres, as only having 'moderate disease - no intervention required'.
I was left with no alternative other than studying cardiology with GenAI and finding independent evidence. Due to my pacemaker, consumer-grade ECG devices (250-500 frequency) would have been inappropriate, as they could not detect pacing spikes. So I was forced to look for a more expensive 'medical grade' device.
Wellue sold me a "Contec TLC500" medical-grade ECG device: 10,000 frequency. I shared multiple software images with genAI, which confirmed the device is very high quality.
In my case, this will likely be life-saving. I now have irrefutable evidence of critical levels, which will force a specialist hospital to upgrade my pacemaker and replace a very old calcified pacemaker lead, which is likely dysfunctional and contributes to mechanical failure.
Wellue support was very good. But there were also issues:
1) The main web page and at check-out, there was no option to buy longer leads. (Contec also does not sell longer leads but other suppliers do sell longer, compatible leads.) For anyone who needs very accurate QRS: Buy 2.5m or 3m leads from another supplier and apply 'standard limb leads' above wrists and ankles, not torso as shown in the manual. The 0.9m leads provided make this very difficult, without being hunched. For moment-in-time ECGs, where you are not walking around, it's fine as-is.
2) The box must have been old as electrodes enclosed were past expiry date. This was annoying, as I had to stick them down with sticky tape. Yes, leads and electrodes are just accessories - easily replaceable and low cost, but it made first-time use harder. Apparently 3m sells very high grade electrodes - go for these.
3) When I received the box, at first I saw no instructions for downloading software and found no obvious urls on the Wellue or Contec websites. Wellue passed me a link but that software was outdated/did not let me print reports in any obvious way. I then discovered that the TLC500 has a small sticker/label inside the box with an index code and url to download software, but that version also seemed outdated. The Contec TLC600 comes with a USB (with software included). I contacted Contac support directly - they sent another software version and a video to demo printing out reports, as their software interface is not always intuitive. After this I managed.
All this uncertainty caused delays in being able to use the equipment and interpret results, which explains the 4 star not 5 star, but I'm still incredibly grateful to Wellue for providing a high quality Contec device that may well be a life-saver.
Support was excellent at Wellue and Contec. At Contec ask for Jimmy. At Wellu I likely dealt with several people - each were very helpful and responded promptly.

Had a technical issue with my first BPW1 purchase. They asked me to confirm my address and the serial number after which they sent me a new one. The whole process took less than a week by which time I had the replacement in my hands. I was impressed with the speed in which they reacted.
I ordered a new CPAP machine from Wellue and received great service from them. The machine was received promptly and it works perfectly. This is one company I would definitely recommend.
