The end product was just as advertised - very happy

Terrible. I'm a small business and was hoping to find a resource to create a branded background. The results were terrible. I created a better looking background myself and wanted a service that would do a better job than me. Yes, they offer to modify but who has the time to go back and forth when it starts out as less than average quality? BTW, their FB advertisements appear to have fake purchased endorcements. And, they don't refund! $49 is not going to kill me by far, but save your money and do it yourself, go with an indepent consultant from fiverr or upwork.

The team at Walldrop was prompt to act on my feedback and delivered a good product that will fit my immediate needs.

Happy with result, however it does provide bleeding on the edge of me. Will be trying a green screen, however would be ideal if a green screen was not required, nor a professional camera. I do have an above average web camera (as I suspect most users would do), so optimisation to fit with 'average' would be a good improvement- not sure how that is achieved on a virtual background as Zoom's own preloaded backgrounds also suffer from the same issue. Open to advice to fix this!

I saw a social media post on Walldrop. Thought I may be being suckered into a waste of money. Could not be farther from the truth !! Super quick, great product and even better service and communication ! I simply grabbed a couple desktop zoom and mobile backgrounds with our logo. Having just started an LLC for my studio, I needed something professional for meetings. Walldrop was the right choice to up the game. Jonathan and the staff were wonderful. The first version was amazing, but they were open to make some minor adjustments to make it perfect.
