ZERO STARS. Do not order anything from Colyty. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM.
SCAM ALERT! SCAM ALERT! SCAM ALERT!
I ordered a (3) solar lanterns that were advertised to be about 12" high. I received (3) lanterns shipped in plastic envelop where the boxes were damaged. The lanterns were approx. 5" high. The product shows a flame, not the case. I wanted a refund, they offered 10%, then 20%, then 35% and I could keep the product. Finally submitted a dispute to my credit card company.

Absolute scam! This company advertises through social media with photos and videos of human height solar mushrooms, but what you receive are tiny mis-shapen non-working mushroom solar lights. When I contacted the company about this major lie, they said this:

"The pictures advertised on the website are our testing product, while the product you received is our hot-selling product. Under normal circumstances, the carrier will not allow sending such a large product, so we made a decoration based on the prototype."

Absolute fraud! When I complained they offered me a 10% refund, which I did not accept as I am certain they would never provide a refund. I am contacting the FBI Fraud Department and the BBB to prevent them from scamming future customers.

They advertise a product and send a completely different, MUCH cheaper product. When we demanded a full refund, Their response was Dear customer,
Thanks for your support and concern on our store. We are so sorry that the goods you received can not meet your satisfaction.

As this product is our hot product and we received good feedback from many customers. In this case, we would like to issue a 10% refund of the product to you to satisfy you and you could keep the item. If you really don't want to keep it, you could send it to your friends or family as a gift or donate it to someone who likes it.

Absolutely amazing scam! Don't fall for it!! Plastic foot tall mushrooms from China!!! Don't let them get you too!!!!! Complete rip off!!!!!
BEWARE!!!!

It took 2 months to arrive. Then it was 1 foot tall rubber. 7$ max. Ripoff. Ad is misleading and they have no telephone number

Received 2 mushroom solar lights for $97 was to be hand made and painted acrylic. Received past return date the solar lights were misshaped rubber worth about $5 bucks tops. Company does not respond - they were removed from FB and then tried again under different variation of name.

Ordered item never received it through Marketplace surely they should check companies out who they allow to advertise on there website

I’m beyond pissed off that I fell into this scam. LIVID.

Company advertisement is misleading because they offer you buy 3 but when you see the ad they are not selling the giant ones I got 3 small ones and they are very hard to put together. Not worth the $$$.

I ordered a mushroom light. Never received it, never got any response from my emails to them.
