I recently purchased a tee shirt in a Large. Upon receiving discovered it was cut too small and didn't fit. I contacted customer service. They wanted me to take pictures of the shirt, the tag iside the shirt, a picture of the shipping label, and pictures of the shirt with a tape measure showing dimensions. After doing all the requested, they said the measurements were within their guidelines. End result. No return and no refund. Buyers beware!!!

Decided to place an order directly Get Trend instead of going through Amazon and I'm glad i did as they arrived before Christmas,great service and my nephew loved them, now my other nephew wants a pair

Ordered on 1st December, email to say it was shipped 6th December. It is now the 13th December and the tracking number simply says 'Sender Despatching item' (clearly not even been sent yet). Landline number just cuts off without ringing, customer services email gets no reply. Social media gets no reply. Not even sure if they're still in business as the socials haven't been updated for ages. Will be going to the bank to get a chargeback

I can’t review the item as I haven’t received it! Royal Mail should have delivered it on the 11th, still saying out for delivery on the 15th!! Can’t contact them and now trying to contact get trend for a refund

been trying to return an item for over a week have emailed the company a few times but no reply as you have to wait for reply (within 48 hours they say ) and you need a return notice before you can send anything back !

Outstanding after sale customer service!
I placed an order for a child's birthday and when I didn't receive the item when it was expected I tried to contact them but wasn't able to for days. I was very upset about the whole thing so I decided to send them an email. They responded very promptly and apologetically. Their system had been down when I was trying to call. Their sent me a replacement order that I received the very next day, with a note of apology and extra gifts as a gesture of good will. This says a lot about them as a company and this act of genuine care toward a customer like me cannot be forgotten!
Needless to say that I will confidently shop more with them now knowing that in the rare occasion that something happens with my order, they will resolve the issue quickly and efficiently.
