No order. No reply to my emails

Ordered a Hello Kitty lamp through Amazon and the item was delivered on time. It was working for a month until it needed recharging and is now not functioning. As a third party seller I had to contact Get Trend directly. I have done this twice now and still not received a reply. My impression of this Company is that if you receive a product from them and it works then great, but if you need a replacement or refund for faulty items then you haven’t got a chance in hell of ever hearing from them!

The Dragon ball z mens pyjamas arrived very quickly and the quality is great. I was informed when they were dispatched and I was able to change the delivery address so that I could collect them from the post office. I would definitely order from this company again

I was after something not readily available in the UK (Minecraft-related) and came across this company selling a few products along the lines of what I was looking for. I was sceptical and did quite a bit of Internet research, trawling through various links and articles; this is a pretty new company and there seem to have been company name changes over the last few years, which is often a red flag; the 'Director's' name came up in association with a lot of different ventures (similar red flag). I was quite desperate, however, and decided that it wouldn't completely destroy me if I ended up £25 out of pocket, so I 'hit the button' and made the purchase. Nothing but a positive experience followed; email confirmation of order, details of (very prompt!) despatch, 48-hour delivery (as promised), well packaged and a brilliant product - exactly as advertised! Well done 'Get Trend', and thank you (I'm anticipating one VERY happy little grandson on Christmas morning!)

I ordered my order & you part refunded me for something that was “out of stock” so i lost the discount only to find its in stock on your website so i had to put another order through & pay full price as i needed 4 for my children not on!

Ordered 2 boxes with 15 items In each recived 1 box with 19 items in. Emailed 3 times now to find out why didn't recive what should have and no response. Shame as.would.av given higher as was happy with what recived just not as much as should have been.

Service was good and quick , I ordered mystery boxes for my 2 kids. Got quite a few duplicates. The stuff is good quality but got a bit unlucky with the selections

Very poor customer service, I have tried several times to return the item I purchased, the link to the returns portal is never working, and when I have emailed both the customer service and enquiries email address, no response at all. Contact by phone - that's another big fat no!!! I get the feeling I'm being ignored, and now I'm really annoyed that I've had zero reply to my emails. Maybe the GetTrend team will see this review and respond to me, short of sending a letter or carrier pigeon to their office I don't know what else to do!!!!

The item was priced very competitively and was dispatched the same day.
Really quick delivery, this is how online shopping should work.

I requested a return with GET TREND and received an email on February 25th confirming my return request and providing a return number. They stated that it would take up to 2 business days to review my request and respond accordingly.

However, it has been well beyond that timeframe, and I have not received any updates till now. I have tried calling the company multiple times, but the phone line is either busy or not working. My emails have also gone unanswered.

The lack of communication and progress on my refund is very frustrating. I expected much better service. I cannot recommend GET TREND based on this experience.

I still haven’t received my order it’s been 2 weeks already

Trying to return a item that is all. They never return any emails, no way of contacting them. If i could give 0 stars i would.

Appeared to be fantastic service - parcel arrived as expected but was missing a backpack (suitcase arrived) have contacted company twice over the last fortnight and I still don’t have the backpack.

Quality of suitcase received is excellent, son loves it and perfect size.

Overall be wary - products are great when they arrive.

I wouldn't even give this company 1 star but had to to submit a review. I ordered the 5 item mystery box for men in 2XL/3XL. I received nothing 'branded' as advertised or of great quality. 3 plain ribbed pj sets and 2 plain jumpers. Poor quality and all in 2XL sizes. I would never use them again

I’ve already reviewed but seen as I’m getting another email to review and I’ve still yet to hear anything back from get trend here we go again…. Wrong size of socks delivered lots of emails sent form filled in from their website, chat with someone on their website and still no offer to refund/exchange. Sent them my order number and a picture of what I received but they just cba to reply….£17 down on some Minecraft socks for my son which might fit him in 3 years time when he likely won’t be interested in Minecraft anymore. Customer service non existent.one very disappointed mother…..
