While we understand your concern regarding the driver’s initial direction of travel, we can see the driver was able to reach your pick-up location and complete the journey for you. As the service was fulfilled within our expected timeframes for immediate bookings, we are unable to offer further compensation, but we have documented your comments for our internal records.

We only book with Gett and highly recommend them
We booked with Gett as we always do, because my Mum needed to go to Cromwell Hospital. We usually book with Gett when my Dad needs to go to hospital too. It has always been a really good experience, but today, was absolutely exceptional. We had Teddy and he had a VTO, he was so kind, courteous and extremely helpful. We highly recommend Gett and we highly recommend Teddy. He is an excellent driver and my Mum and I would like to sincerely thank him for his kindness.
