I bought a Microsoft Office Pro Plus lifetime license via Groupon, to be supplied by this company. The electronic delivery process was convoluted, and it worked initially, but after a month the product failed, requiring an another activation code, saying the original one is not valid. NO acknowledgement or response whatsoever from Get Software Deals support via their advertised email, phone or SMS. Obviously I am now in the complaint process with Groupon, but my advice is AVOID Get Software Deals.

fake. Cheap is expensive. Don't buy. It was too good to be true. I bought 2 vouchers from groupon. Not working. I tried to contact them. I can't contact them.

I've written to the support contact twice with the same query and still haven't received a response in over 2 weeks. May 24th 2025 was first email asking for support over Office 2024 as some products appear to be missing from the installation!

So the answer is no. No contact. Many attempts by me messages sent, left, begged … nada response.
So ignore the section on help and support. Just accept it’s a single transaction and when you’ve paid you are on your own

Software doesn't Work and Poor Customer Service. Bought the Software through Groupon, not working so contacted but no solution, requested a refund, now no communication so have registered the problem with Groupon. Wish I hadn't taken the chance!

Purchased yesterday. Followed instructions with Groupon i.e. register/log in etc and provide information. Redeem button used. Nothing received. Have now gone through the process twice and have received nothing. When Contact or help requested, nothing....

The price point made me skeptical whether this is legit. But I didn't have much to lose.

The instructions were simple so anyone can follow. And the software works as promised. I could not ask fo anything more! 10/10 would recommend.

Purchased low cost Microsoft Office package via Groupon. Everything was fine at first, prompt delivery of voucher, easy installation and Microsoft Office worked fine BUT after 5 weeks I got a pop up from Microsoft whilst trying to open a Word document saying the installation was 'unauthorised'. None of Word, Excel, Powerpoint would work.
Serves me right "if it looks too good to be true ....."
Groupon need to take action here.

I bought an offer from groupon - it seemed too good to be true and it was - lasted a month then expired. Says it’s lifetime.
You can’t talk to anyone as no one answers the phone, no one answers your emails and the live chat function doesn’t work.

Excellent service, did have an issue but this was dealt with straightaway (within 30 mins).
Would highly recommend.

I have had issue in installing Office 2024. The phone number contact does not ever answer. My voicemails are ignored.
The live chat does not open when you click on it.
I have sent numerous email requested some help, with no effect. It has been a week.
