Googlemail highlighted the email from this merchant as suspicious. Checking reviews on Trustpilot also revealed issues with this merchant. Groupon's own advert clearly stated that this merchant is a Microsoft Verified Partner. Microsoft's own Co-Pilot has clearly confirmed that they are not. Other purchasers have stated that their 'Lifetime' product has stopped working after just a few weeks, finding that they have been sold a Volume License Key. Microsoft confirm that it is not legal to sell Volume License Keys in this way. Groupon are stating that I am not eligible for a refund. Do I feel misled and scammed by Groupon and Get Software Deals Ltd? Most definitely!!

I could install and activate my license, but it stopped working after few weeks. I contacted microsoft customer service and they confirmed the license I was using was not active anymore and that it was a volume license key, so I guess they are providing the same key to more users than allowed.

After sales was brilliant. I don't usually leave reviews, but this time I made a decision to give credit where it is due. I was having some issues with moving it from one laptop to another. Contacted the seller and I was sorted out easily.
Would highly recommend.

Like with a lot of people on this page, I purchased a low cost Microsoft Office coupon from Groupon and have not heard from them since. It's been months and they are ignoring my emails after responding once saying "send security code" and nothing else.

EDIT: After doing some research, I saw across multiple pages that it was indeed a scam. I will check with Groupon to make sure my card details are safe and how they allowed this to happen.

Purchased Microsoft Office package. Scam. Groupon needs to take action as this is a full scam and not delivered.

Had an issue to start with, informed them and they replaced the key within minutes. 1st class service and it works.

I bought my copy of Microsoft 365 Office in May and installed it easily and received the activation code by email very quickly. I then had to reinstall the software on my replacement hard drive this evening - I contacted the supplier via my purchase email and promptly received an email explaining the process and it was reinstalled in a few minutes. I definitely recommend this supplier and their customer service.

This is the 1st time I've placed an order with Groupon for software, got to say how excellent softwaredeals.com are. I've received my order in less than 4hours and when I had a issue & emailed them I got a response straight away which helped & sorted it. So I highly recommend this company for your software.

Purchased low cost Microsoft product package via Groupon. Big mistake. Huge. Groupon needs to take action here. Getsoftwaredeals has been reported in the Microsoft community as an illegitimate vendor. Check their pages to verify as I couldn’t add a link here.
Unfortunately, Groupon couldn’t care less and refused my refund request. I have escalated at PayPal and they ruled in Groupon’s favour. Am continuing to pursue.PayPal still refused to refund. Have reported both Groupon and Getsoftwaredeals to Microsoft Counterfeiting Department. I suggest anyone else scammed does the same.

I purchased office 2024 through Groupon and it didn’t work as supposed to. Groupon said that the company would not refund as been downloaded. I am going to try to get refund through PayPal. Too good to be true as previously stated. Refunded now
