Actually a scam

Actually a scam. How can you make me make a account for a girtcard, and then charge a monthly fee of $5, and not let me take it out to my main accounts? this is legitimately a scam

I tried and tried, but now I am going to complain.

I brought a scarlet debit card from Walgreens a few weeks ago. In order to complete the purchase; you have to load money on it. I decided to just put $20 on it and the cashier said to me, "You can't return the card". I wondered why she said this. Once I got home, I went to the scarlet website to try to activate it, which didn't work . It kept saying that I needed to try later and kept saying it wasn't working at this time. I tried later on, (got the same message) tried the next day::: same thing! So this time I decided to call the number on the back of the card. There was no live person that you could talk to( nothing but an automated system which have you believing that your card is activated; when in reality it isn't. The online website doesn't even accept it, even if you are trying to make a purchase. The only thing that Walgreens is accepting is trying to make you sign up with an account with them, even though I was not trying to sign up with them for their account. This card is definitely a SCAM and it seems like my $20 was stolen from me. Even if I got my $20 back from them, I wouldn't want this card. I feel sorry for those people that put $200 or more on this card. Stay away from this debit card and Walgreens shouldn't be allowing anyone to purchase it. I am so mad!

SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!…

SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Added $320 to my account. Charges will not go through (AND THEY DID AWAY WITH ANY LIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE)!!! There is no way to get a hold of anyone at this company if you have a problem!!! So my $320 is locked up and rendered useless incurring monthly fees!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible company

Terrible company. I bought a rechargeable card for my grandma who is in assisted living. Something she can use on outings. I put money on it and the website asks for basic info to set up an account. It said I was denied, but they can’t tell me why. So I bought a rechargeable card which can’t reused because of some denial and they charge $5.00 a month. So it is basically a regular gift card and they charge per month. Scam!
