I ordered two sets of press on nails as a first time customer and never received them.

Customer service confirmed the order was sent via untracked lettermail but could not provide a mailing date, delivery window, or any proof it was actually sent.

When I followed up multiple times, I was repeatedly referred back to their shipping policy instead of being offered a replacement, refund, or clear resolution.

I understand untracked shipping can take longer, but being asked to wait indefinitely with no accountability isn’t reasonable. There appears to be no process for resolving lost packages, which made this experience especially frustrating.

I won’t be ordering again.

Ordered in November. Shipment never received. It is now end of December and they seem to be ignoring my emails and request for refund.

I placed an order with Get Quickies Canada on July 4 and never received the product. When I contacted the company, I was told there would be no refund because their policy says they are not responsible once an item is shipped.

The only way to have tracking is to pay extra for upgraded shipping. If you choose the cheaper untracked shipping, you risk losing both your money and your product — and the company takes no responsibility.

This is concerning because Canadian consumer protection laws generally require sellers to ensure goods are delivered. The risk should not be passed entirely to the customer.

I wanted to support a Canadian business, but my experience was frustrating and disappointing. I would strongly recommend only ordering if you are comfortable with the possibility of paying for something you may never receive.

I love these press on nails, great variety of designs, they are thinner than alot on the market but I think this makes them more flexible and easy to apply. I’m a healthcare worker so can’t wear acrylics or shellac anymore so was really missing having nice nails on my days off, with Quickies I apply them at for 4 days while I’m off and then can remove them quite easily. They will last alot longer if I have longer off work. There does seem to be a quality issue with some.. they arrived with a split down the middle of the nail and fell apart 1 day after application but they refunded me no questions. I do notice a tiny split at the middle of the top of some of the nails sometimes so I file them down a little before applying and that stops them splitting. Also had an issue with customs on one (out of 6) of my orders and it was sent back but quickies refunded me including postage. Customer service is good but response time is pretty slow but it’s a small company so to be expected. I’ve spent over €400 on Quickies nails this year, plus customs charges! Can’t see myself stopping any time soon as these are the best press on nails I’ve used
