SCAMMERS. All the previous reviews are accurate. The item does not work—my mask will not even turn on. They conveniently do not have a customer service phone number; the only way to contact them is by email, which takes 2–4 days per response.
They advertise a 60-day return policy, but you are required to pay the return shipping and submit videos/photos proving the product is faulty. This process drags out through slow email responses until you’re dangerously close to the 60-day deadline—at which point they can deny your refund altogether.
Save yourself the frustration and do not buy from this company.
They advertise both a 30 day and 60 day guaranteed return on their website. This is not true. They require you to go through multiple steps including taking photos to show their product doesn't work before approving your return. And they make you pay to mail it back. So don't order here if you think there is any chance of returning as their stated policy online is not the one they follow.
Never received my order and no response from the company
I ordered a red light face mask on 12/25… it is 1/14 and I am still waiting to receive anything. They sent me an email yesterday saying it was out for delivery with the tracking link. When I checked the tracking link it showed out for delivery in Los Angeles which is no where near me. Customer service is difficult to get ahold of to say the least. I would love to review the product but, at this point, I don’t even know if I will ever review the product. Let my expensive lesson learned help save you money.
I ordered an LED Gen2 mask. They sent the wrong mask and it didn't work!! They wanted to send another once I returned the 1st one at my expense. I didn't want another one, so I ended spending a lot of money to return it!! I shouldn't have to pay to return a DEFECTIVE item!! BEWARE of this site!!
