When I saw the advertisement it only mentioned that you must do survey to see if you qualify for free samples. Then only requested courier fee never was it mentioned about membership linked to promotion. I was only interested in the free promotional not membership. But the company is assisting me with this matter, trying there best to resolve my issue by canceling the membership fee and they are also in process of refunding me. I'm grateful for there assistance this far.

I was not completely satisfied by my experience since it was not intentional to apply for a subscription, but I indeed was satisfied by the response I had from the workers (Sarra), they made a good job in searching a solution to my problem.

I want my refund

Its a complete scam i subscribed to something i didnt realise i was paying for then wasnt able to get a refund, the item i ordered with the credits hasnt arrived and trying to cancel my subscription was a pain in the backside. It kept saying i cant cancel so i emailed them and i have to wait another two weeks for the cancellation. Please stay away from this website.

I am incredibly impressed with the level of service I received! After raising a query, in January, the company not only followed up on concerns and found a solution to my problem. Their responsiveness and dedication to customer satisfaction exceeded my expectations. I truly appreciate the effort they put into resolving my issue.
