I ordered 3 necklaces with my border collie photo but the photo isn’t there the heart is just black. It said can see the photo with heat but that didn’t work either. So I waisted my money how do I return them. My bc has bone cancer we amputated her back leg & has cancer in her lung on chemo so to see the heart black is very upsetting

Very disappointed the bracelet is…
Very disappointed the bracelet is massive, as they don’t reduce the bracelet size if you have more names therefore it’s unwearable for anyone, this was a gift from my daughter so she sent a message and they replied it’s a fixed size chain, it will be too big as I needed 6 names. Jewellers want another £40 to reduce the chain to an average normal length and agree it’s mis-sold as they should have shortened the chain to allow for the additional name space or made us aware it will be too big either the extra names in which case she wouldn’t have bought it

Unacceptable quality and long delivery
Unacceptable quality and long delivery. Absolutely disappointed with my order. Firstly, the item delivery took ages. While placing order, the estimated delivery time suited for the Mothers day, so I placed my order for the customised t-shirt (for mum and baby) It arrived after the Mothers Day. Ruined the whole "1st Mothers Day" surprise.
When the order arrived, the quality was so poor. Even the shirt tag was stitched outside!!! I was planning on placing more orders but it's a resounding NEVER!
Save your money and avoid using this site (especially for those customised t-shirt).
Apart from money lost, it totally ruined our first Mothers Day :-(
