I was ‘sort of’ satisfied. Product was ok but a little cheap looking and overpriced. Ordering, service and delivery were all easy and quick.

My daughter in law loved the bookmark.

Timely delivery, Nicely made product!

I was really disappointed with my purchase. The flowers were a lot smaller than expected & the stems were simply wrapped in green tape that wouldn’t stay on. I had expedited them so they’d arrived in time for Mother’s Day, upon arrival 2 broke immediately after being taken out of the box. I didn’t have time to send them back & replace or get something new. I had to try & glue things back myself. I will say, at the very least, they arrived quickly after paying 35 dollars for shipping. I will not be using this company again. Very cheesey.

The item (custom guitar strap) came out nice enough and was well recieved, but shipping and communications are inadequate:
- Ordered 24th May. Paid extra for 4-6 day expedited delivery.
- Emailed 4th May to query whereabouts, noting failure to provide paid-for service.
- Marked dispatched 5th May without answer to my query. Again requested they acknowledge failure to provide the service.
- Delivered 13th May. Still no reply.

I will not be using them again since they cannot be trusted to meet a deadline you can opt to pay extra for.

Edit to the reply: literally have done twice already, but let's see what happens...

The designs are beautiful fast shipment and great quality

Pretty disappointed considering I paid over $100. The flowers themselves are great but just China cheapies shipped from China directly to customer. The stems are just paper. So disappointing for the price.

The product was well made and of good quality. I am sure it will be of great use to the owner.

Beautiful eternity bangle. I bought two, one for myself in memory of my husband and for my girlfriend in memory of her mom. Outstanding quality for the price point. Delivery was quick and great.

The ring I order can on time for mother's day and my wife loved the quality of the ring.

Unfortunately, I cannot comment on the product quality, as I have still not received my parcel. I placed and paid for my order on the 25th of April and to date, my daughter in law has still not received the parcel which are gifts for my grandchildren. There has been little or no updates regarding my order. This is most disappointing and frustrating. I would unfortunately think twice before placing an order again in future.

The purchase of this bracelet was nice, it arrived quickly and it was pictured exactly as the picture on the website. I love looking at my wrist and seeing all of my kid's names. I am extremely HAPPY with this purchase, it is a beautiful bracelet at a great price.

Sent me wrong ring

Beautiful designed everything i thought it was going to be

I ordered 3 necklaces with my border collie photo but the photo isn’t there the heart is just black. It said can see the photo with heat but that didn’t work either. So I waisted my money how do I return them. My bc has bone cancer we amputated her back leg & has cancer in her lung on chemo so to see the heart black is very upsetting
