Very Disappointed
I paid extra for shipping because it was "guaranteed" by Mother's Day. The package did not arrive in time for Mother's Day.
Additionally, one of the petals of the flowers was cracked off. I reached out to customer service to try to initiate partial refund. They were not able to help- was provided with an email for further customer support- and never received a return message from them.
