I ordered a golf marker in orange with the name Jenny and one in pink with the name Alison on it unfortunately both were pink. One is for me and the other for a very close friend and we both play golf together which is why I wanted them to be different colours. Her favourite colour is orange and it’s part of her 70th birthday gift so I was very disappointed when it arrived and was not in the colour I ordered.

Its all stuff you can get off temu they just overcharge to engrave it, paid for delivery 2-5 working day, they didn’t send out until after a full week had past,coming directly from china not the UK this is a drop shipping store DO NOT BUY IT IT IS CHEAPER FOR THE EXACT SAME STUFF ELSEWHERE. Customer service only offered me a partial refund should be a full refund and then some!!!
PS to add im not sure why they have replied directing me to there email I am already in contact, 3 times now they have promised me a refund. Each with increasing amounts. They have now said U have opened a dispute with paypal so they can’t process but I didn’t even use paypal

It's just special the way you can personalize.
The clasps: you need easier ones like lobster clasp or magnetic. It took me forever to get mine on, clasp so tiny and the other ene of the chain was too

The engraved blankets and towels are bright, beautiful, well-made and can be washed with no fading. Our grandchildren love every engraved item we send.

The little bookmarks were easy to order and they made s great hit with my friends who received them

Very happy with quality, delivery was prompt had stated, although I got a lager bracelet then ordered, 2cms larger, although not catastrophic, it was enough for it to sit very loose, hence why I ordered a 20cn chain instead of the 22cm I was sent, received 25/03/26,
Communication initially couldn't be faulted, and kindly agreed to reproduce my order, but nearly 2 months later, after several attempts to communicate, I have had no correspondence,
I did take the option to spread payments, so now the third and final payment has been taken, I would imagine that's that,

I love the golf ball markers I bought for our golf team! They came out beautiful just like I wanted them too.
