I recently shipped a collection of paintings from the UK to Canada and couldn't be more impressed with the service! From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and efficient. The team handled my artwork with the utmost care. Communication was excellent throughout, with regular updates on the progress of the delivery. Despite the long-distance shipment, my package arrived in perfect condition and ahead of schedule. Highly recommend for anyone looking to transport valuable or fragile items internationally! The website is very simple to use, I simply entered the country and postcodes for sender and receiver to get an initial quote. I then completed the booking within 2 minutes and my parcel was collected the next day. The courier was very friendly and helpful. He signed the relevant documents, leaving a copy with me. This was collected on a Friday afternoon in the UK and my sister received it in Melbourne the following Tuesday. I had regular email updates throughout the process & the tracking information was always up to date. Super efficient service and would definitely recommend for customer service and speed of delivery.

Got my parcel to Australia quickly and without any issues. They were helpful with any questions I had, especially regarding customs etc. And kept me updated on the location of my parcel from pick up to delivery. Would definitely use this service again.

the UK. I’m relocating, and they were able to solve the issue of paying Duty as I am relocating and don’t need to pay duty on my shipped items. The boxes were delivered quickly.

Great service for sending 2 x suitcases from London to Australia. Good communicators. Only downside was that we had to be home all day as pick up time not guaranteed. We booked the service last minute (on a Thursday and we were leaving London on the Sunday) so was very happy when they picked up our bags on the Friday! The bags made it to Australia quickly.

Parcels from UK to NZ - Customer service was great, I can't be negative about that BUT, my boxes arrived looking like they'd been scooped up by a tornado then spat out and were barely held together. Boxes were covered in fragile tape yet were clearly never treated as fragile at any point during transit. Multiple items broken and they weren't even the fragile items in my packages!
My pc case arrived bent and damaged.
The motherboard inside my pc had all it's pins bent and snapped. Don't bother because they do not care whatsoever about your packages.
