Customer service so good I had to order another bed!

Elisha's support today inspired me to order another bed while Black Friday deals going, thanks for the advice and help today!

She even arranged for both to be built by assembly team on same day, saving me being at home two days. Great service!

My experience with this company has been great so far...everyone on the team, especially Elisha and Lewis were extremely helpful and quick to respond to any of my questions or concerns. I would definitely use this company again.

We just purchased our third bed, and couldn't love them more. Elisha provided exceptional assistance with the order - it is incredible when the quality of the product is matched by such efficient and courteous customer service, and I know we will always get both from Get Laid Beds!

I bought a duvet advertised as 100% cotton cover; when it arrived it was labelled as 50% polyester and didn't feel anything like a fully cotton duvet should.
I've attempted speaking to the company via their chat box on the website and have sent multiple emails requesting an explanation and refund with no response. Super disappointed in the product and the company response (or lack of!).

Very responsive. Chris replied to an inquiry within one business day. And we received our wood samples quickly. We are pleased. Thank you so much!

Great company. Well made beds, we chose to assemble ourselves and it was really easy. We also opted for the full under bed drawer, which is massive and really easy to pull out, even on our carpeted floor.

I ordered two beds from this company and the quality of bed is exceptional. They are so solid and sturdy. We constructed the beds ourselves with ease, although some of the instructions were a little confusing we worked them out. Simply constructed but very good quality, they look stunning and stylish in the rooms. The space saving bed replaced another standard bed with fabric headboard, but it really made a difference to the available space in the bedroom. We had a small issue with the slats but having liaised with Trisha Pantling, the Advanced Customer Service Administrator, our problem was quickly resolved. She went over and above to assist us and came up with a great solution, sending us alternative slats that would accommodate our existing mattress. We would definitely use this company again but don't think we will need to change our beds for a long time now due to their quality. Many thanks Trisha!

Bottom up front: Don't believe the negative reviews. The customer service that we received from Trisha, Alicia, and Tim was phenomenal. They answered all of our questions as soon as they received them. The DHL delivery was just as impressive. I'd receive an email message for every movement from the UK until it hit my porch in the US. Thanks also to the production team. The way that the bed was packaged made it surprisingly easy to transport the individual boxes from the garage to the upstairs bedroom of the house. The quality of the bed was excellent and the instructions were easy to follow. It only took us about an hour to completely assemble the bed. We are very satisfied with our low platform bed and would recommend Get Laid Beds to anyone in the market for a remarkable bed platform. I strongly recommend anyone to visit their website.

I already loved my bed and felt it was extremely solid, but the headboard didn't seem quite right. I sent a video of headboard movement and Tim was able to identify the issue and send me the screws I needed. Really wonderful customer service. They're kind, fast, and super reliable.

I ordered a bedframe, floating side table, ladder shelf, and under-bed storage drawer. Of these, the two main items (bed frame and storage drawer) had significant quality issues. The bed frame had mis-aligned holes (some pieces requiring re-drilling of new holes to assemble properly), pieces had a sticky residue on them, and parts became lost in shipping (not the fault of the company). The under-bed storage had a critical piece that was split and broken, and the replacement piece had no pre-drilled holes.

Through this, the customer service agents were extremely helpful and prompt in replies and taking steps to correct issues. They got replacement parts shipped quickly when needed and were quite friendly.

In all, I can't recommend Get Laid Beds due to numerous and seemingly continued quality issues, but commend the support staff for being as helpful as possible.

I ordered a standard Full XL bed for my son, and received it according to the date scheduled. The wood is pretty decent and quickly way to put all pieces together. The cons is about the bad finishing of some important parts with little damages, but still better than Ikea’s furnitures. Be awere regarding to the taxes and new trade polices, once Get Laid Bed is abroad of US.

Awesome customer service! We moved and misplaced the assembly instructions to our bed. I contacted the company via Whatsapp and received a PDF of the instructions. Excellent customer service, love the bed so so much!!!

We purchased the Cambridge bed in white for our granddaughter as she was transitioning to a big girl bed. We could not be happier with the quality of the bed, the ordering process and the updates as the bed was moving through the process of being made, shipped and delivered. Assembly went smoothly as well. Most importantly, our granddaughter loves her new bed and even pretends to be tired so she can go to bed early!!
