Better sleep but it hasn’t been that long
I’ve finished first 4 of 13 options in Decoding Procrastination Mindset. I have not improved my activity in my apartment but my sleep is better I fall asleep while or after listening easily and stay asleep.

A gentle easing of my emotional pain.
As the course goes on, I come upon issues I’m afraid to face, but the sessions are well thought through, and I’m not triggered by the content. The approach to each one is gently practical, and I’m feeling the weight I was carrying, ease a little with each one. There’s no hype or buzzwords, just a gentle easing of my pain.
