My mistake in not realizing it was an automatic withdrawal on an automatic subscription. The first time they took money out after I had already had the initial time I contacted them and told them I did not want to renew. They said so sorry I had not notified them in time. I went along with that OK I screwed up again but this time I have an email from the company on March 26. It said I was canceled no more would happen, and today April 20 they took money out again and now they’re telling me the same story that they did last time , that I didn’t notify them 30 days blah blah blah . I’ve got the email. I’ve sent it to them and showed them. This is from your company that said March 26. I was canceled nothing else would happen. I am so upset with no one reasoning this out. No wonder they are “happy”….

Parasitical organisation who will take alot of money from your account for a worthless product. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THIS FARCE!!! Google them!!!

THIS IS A SCAM! STAY AWAY!! I cancelled my subscription through “customer service” in 2024 and suddenly got charges on my credit card in 2026!! And they refuse to refund the charges from 2026 even though I contacted them before 30 days were expired!
If you fell for this scam you can report them to the Lithuanian authorities and to the US!

They have predatory billing practices and don’t make it easy to cancel through their site.

Unsubscribed 6 months ago. Now they charged me and will not give refund. Stay away scammers

I purchased the hypnotherapy two years ago. After that I didn't continue the subscription. Today , two years after purchase, they booked money from my account.

Best money I’ve ever spent on a service! It has been totally worth it! Been using it for over a year and a half now!

I find I can get into the relaxed state so I can absorb all the great information. I find the tone and cadence of the voice a bit irritating but maybe it’s just me.

It’s calming… but you have to be in the right mindset before playing each segment. If you are restless or anxious, it just doesn’t work. You really do have to be in a comfortable position, free of distraction, and have the ability to relax and focus on the moment.

Had the app for a year, never used it once, asked for a refund and they said no. For an app that is marketed to those with adhd and neurodivergent individuals they should know more than anyone that app subscriptions can be difficult to remember and it is predatory to market apps to those with adhd and not have a more flexible cancellation policy. I can imagine they have tons of people who impulsively subscribed, forgot about it,
Then discovered it much later just to be denied a refund for a service never used. I’m sure they have made millions on those of us who have memory and impulse control issues (which is a disability) but they don’t care they are making money.

So i stopped using HappyO and my subscription expired, this has just renewed again, and I cant tell you how much I've missed doing it. I have now set daily reminders set into my evening routine to actively take moments just for me. Truly beneficial I dont know why I tail off sometimes and go weeks sometimes without doing a session but when I do engage again I truly do feel relaxed and better and more clear as a person.

BEWARE!! STAY AWAY!! They may charge you after you cancel.
In December of 2024 I emailed Happyo customer service to cancel my subscription after paying for it for a few months. They emailed back same day and said no problem, and **I will not be charged going forward**. Great, right?? Wrong.
TODAY, March 4th 2026 (a year and two months later) I saw a charge from them for the subscription charge of $39 and change. I emailed them and asked why and they basically said my subscription was active and thats why I was charged. I responded with a screen shot of my account on THEIR website saying that my subscription was canceled/not active. I also highlighted their email from Dec 2024 stating that my subscription was canceled and that, "rest assured I would not be charged going forward".
The response I got was just that it was too late to get a refund and they literally were gaslighting me into thinking I had done something wrong.
Its very simple. I emailed to cancel in 2024. They said OK no problem. **You wont be changed anymore**. Then a year and two months later they charge me and try to tell me my account is active and even tried to remind me (like I didnt already know) that when I signed up I was signing up for a monthly charge unless I canceled. HOLY CRAP, I literally sent them their own confirmation that I canceled and they still try to tell me I am wrong?
This company is scamming me or not willing to admit they are wrong or I was talking to a chat bot because no person would see that they canceled my subscription over a year ago and see he confirmation of said cancelation and still not refund me.
A YEAR AND TWO MONTHS WENT BY with no charges and then you are going to try to tell me my account is still active???
Im a patient person but this...this is a scam. I'm stuck and I dont know what to do except warn everyone else about this issue and apparently bogus charges are common after reading other reviews. Stay away. its supposed to be an app to help you relax...Im just so so so annoyed and frustrated that they are not understanding what they said to me over a year ago.

Joined in 2024, wasn’t for me. Asked to have my subscription cancelled. Received an email ‘sorry you missed the window to not be charged 3 months’ but your subscription is cancelled. Fine I’ll take the hit, my mistake. Then imagine my surprise when I am rebilled 20 months later for another 3 month subscription. I replied to the email FROM 2024 saying my subscription was cancelled, asking why I had been recharged. I asked to have all of my details removed from their site and system to make sure it didn’t happen again and to also get a refund. I get an email which was a word for word copy of the email they sent in 2024 saying my account was cancelled but they can’t give me a refund because I have been billed for a 3 month subscription, but this time they tell me they can’t delete my details because I have an active subscription. EVEN THOUGH THEYVE TAKEN MY MONEY WITHOUT TELLING ME ALL OF THESE COURSES ARE LOCKED. Customer service is patronizing bullshit. Absolute scam.

I stopped using this after a week, emailed to cancel they said give it six sessions, well life goes on and you get busy I should not have had to remember to cancel after I already attempted too! Six months later it auto renews. I understand all the policies. However, I received zero notifications or emails that it was renewing or any acknowledgement that I was charged. When I saw the charge, I had no clue what it was for. They refuse to give a refund. Lousy customer service. I've now paid for a year of services when I barely used it.
I did reach out to customer service was replied refusing to refund anything stating your policies are posted to view. However, who remembers six months later that they are going to have another charge? What business charges a customer without some sort of notification or receipt??
Update received an email saying they'll refund. Much appreciated thank you.

I would give 0 stars if I could.
I initially purchased a single ADHD document from Happyo, with no clear indication that I was enrolling in a recurring subscription. I never received renewal notifications, and the charges continued without my knowledge.
When I tried to cancel, I had to email them rather than having an easy cancellation option. Despite explaining the situation, the company refused to refund charges I never knowingly authorised.
This experience felt misleading and lacked transparency. Please be cautious if you decide to use this service.
For a company trying to help people with ADHD you are very misleading and in trustworthy.
I have sent the required information.
I was declined any refund multiple times.
1. Internal policies do not override consumer law
A 30‑day “all sales final” refund policy is not valid if the customer was not properly informed that they were entering a recurring subscription. Under both:
• Australian Consumer Law (ACL) (prohibiting unfair contract terms and misleading conduct), and
• EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the EU Digital Services Act (requiring clear disclosure of subscriptions and banning dark‑pattern designs),
a refund is required when the consumer was not given clear, prominent information about recurring charges.
2. Subscription terms were not clearly disclosed at signup
My first interaction with Happyo was purchasing a single ADHD self‑help document. At no point during checkout was it clear that this was enrolling me into a recurring 2‑monthly subscription service.
If customers are not reasonably aware they are entering a subscription, the agreement is not enforceable.
3. No renewal notices were provided
No reminders, warnings, or billing notices were sent prior to charges being taken. This further contributes to misleading or unfair conduct.
4. Cancellation required unnecessary friction
Requiring customers to email support to cancel violates the simple cancellation requirement under both ACL and EU law.
Your internal 30‑day policy does not override Australian Consumer Law or applicable EU consumer protection laws when a subscription is not clearly disclosed at the point of purchase.

I find this particular hypnotist to be the most effective for me, due to the gentle cadence of her voice, and her use of “golden cloud” imagery, in her induction.

Not very good. And they just want to take your money. No customer service.

I have not used the services fir a verry long time a only was reminded when another payment went through. I asked to cancel my account and a refund of the last payment (today). Their policy can not pay back after 30 days of open an account. So they happely kept my money for the next 4 months......
