I took out a home loan with a certain bank last year with an insane interest rate, I decided to refinance and got in contact with Yolanda to assist with shopping around for a better interest rate again. Not only did she get me a better rate she got an awesome rate, also very proactive and professional, very patient and guided me through out the whole process and most importantly for me was the good communication she has.
