I had such a great experience with…

I had such a great experience with customer service at Fur Life. I accidentally ordered two pink tick collars and needed to exchange the pink for the blue one, even though their policy typically only allows replacements for defective items.
Glisson went above and beyond by making an exception, sending me the blue collar, and even letting me keep the original one. That level of kindness, promptness, and flexibility is rare these days. Truly awesome service- I really appreciate it!

Top Notch Customer Service

I mistakenly ordered the incorrect items for my girls on my initial order. I left a message for Fur Life and JeAnne answered within hours. She offered an immediate solution and made sure to contact me back with all details. I can't wait to try the collars on my Yorkie and Boston. Fleas are terrible in East Texas but the girls are 8 this year and I'm not willing to administer poison to them and take chances with their health. I will post a product review as soon as the girls have a chance to wear them. The customer service is top notch!! Thanks again JeAnne.

FurLife... What's not to love!?!

I have been recommending FurLife to all my friends with dogs and cats, as I truly love the product. My home is in a natural setting with a variety of insects, mostly beneficial, but the mosquitoes can sometimes be quite a challenge. I’ve noticed that when my dogs are in their kennel, the mosquitoes disperse within minutes of them entering, and they stay comfortable until I bring them back inside. I also do a lot of camping and hiking with my dogs. I have yet to find a single flea or tick on them, which proves to me the tags are extremely effective.
Plus, their customer support is also amazing! There was a mix up on my last order so I emailed FurLife support the evening my order arrived to let them know. I had an answer the very next morning. JeAnne and Mat were on it! Issue resolved! Great product, great customer support. What's not to love!?!

Furlife customer service went above and beyond
I accidently cut off the green pendent with scissors and they replaced it quickly so far my pets are doing okay with their pendants I would recommend trying them out and see if it works for your pets .

Furlife customer service was very responsive. There was two different issues with my order and they responded and took care of it right away. That is great customer service and will make me come back again when it's tome for the fur babies to get more products!

A real human response...Finally

Can I just say for once, I am so happy with the outcome of this company and I had. Roy email me right back and made my request possible. I have never seen a company response so fast, So polite , so kind the list goes on and on. I made a silly little mistake and chose the wrong color so I emailed the company and Roy responded quickly and my request was granted. Thank you so much. It's been a pleasure working with this company. I will return and I will be telling all my friends. Again thank you

Appreciation customer service

I ordered two of the fur lifes collars for my boxer because I like that it's all natural.I was suppose to get 40%off my order and was denied
I talked with Jeananne and Julia and they got me my 40% off.I really appreciate it living on partial social security.Thanks so much to you both.

Alternative Medicine

My question was answered by Matt and I will be purchasing 3 collars. Live on a ranch and have many excursions in the woods with my animals. I am looking for an alternative to expensive chemicals. If this works as well as it is said to, I will be notifying family and friend and my 4H group. I am the test pilot.

Had an issue where the little pod came out of the tag and got lost within a few days so Mat and Julia from their support team asked me to send a picture of the issue and then replaced it as soon as they saw the picture. Great customer service.
