Horrible!! My dog had a very bad allergic reaction. the sent was so strong my eyes were watering I was sneezing. my other 2 didn't have as bad as a reaction but still had to pull a Tick off one of my females. I personally think this is a scam just like the pet lab.. they WONT take it back OR REFUND YOU!! its impossible to get in contact with a real person!

Roy and julia responded to my email quickly and read my concerns about the pods and made it right.keep you the awesome costumer service Roy and Julia.

After placing an accidental order, Mat from Customer Service helped to cancel and refund it so quickly!

Roy and Glisson answered all questions honestly and quick! I find it harder to receive and feel true genuine customer service lately! Roy and Glisson definitely offered that! I needed help with a natural tick remedy to go with medicated, they answered in full detail in a friendly manner! :)

I received only one tick/flea pendant when I ordered 2. JeAnn and Mat took care of it immediately and sent a second pendant.
Thanks for such a quick response. My dogs have been safe from ticks and fleas the past 2 yrs!

We’ve been using the flea collar for a year now. It has worked great. I love having a more natural way to protect my dog rather than using toxic chemicals.
We did have one issue with our second order but Roy & Glisson rectified the matter right away.

Had a problem with the pods and i emailed furlife about my situation and I got a response within minutes and my problem was resolved. Thank you, Charity Phillips

I used it for my little Bichon Shitzu Poodle (Bichshipoo) and it worked great last year. Not sure if it strong enough for Med to Large size dogs. Husband found tick on medium size dog last year and took extra caution on our other two dogs. So any additional information on bigger dogs let me know.

Love the product. The one time I had an issue it was easily resolved.

I had such a great experience with customer service at Fur Life. I accidentally ordered two pink tick collars and needed to exchange the pink for the blue one, even though their policy typically only allows replacements for defective items.
Glisson went above and beyond by making an exception, sending me the blue collar, and even letting me keep the original one. That level of kindness, promptness, and flexibility is rare these days. Truly awesome service- I really appreciate it!

I mistakenly ordered the incorrect items for my girls on my initial order. I left a message for Fur Life and JeAnne answered within hours. She offered an immediate solution and made sure to contact me back with all details. I can't wait to try the collars on my Yorkie and Boston. Fleas are terrible in East Texas but the girls are 8 this year and I'm not willing to administer poison to them and take chances with their health. I will post a product review as soon as the girls have a chance to wear them. The customer service is top notch!! Thanks again JeAnne.

I have been recommending FurLife to all my friends with dogs and cats, as I truly love the product. My home is in a natural setting with a variety of insects, mostly beneficial, but the mosquitoes can sometimes be quite a challenge. I’ve noticed that when my dogs are in their kennel, the mosquitoes disperse within minutes of them entering, and they stay comfortable until I bring them back inside. I also do a lot of camping and hiking with my dogs. I have yet to find a single flea or tick on them, which proves to me the tags are extremely effective.
Plus, their customer support is also amazing! There was a mix up on my last order so I emailed FurLife support the evening my order arrived to let them know. I had an answer the very next morning. JeAnne and Mat were on it! Issue resolved! Great product, great customer support. What's not to love!?!

I am pleased to get a response from Julia today and I was refunded what was due back to me, I’m surprise I’m happy. Great customer service.
