Outstanding product and Leah’s customer service!

I love my fleshy pro but had a small problem with it so I contacted Leah in customer service. She was awesome!!! I sent her a video showing her what it was doing and she responded immediately and said they would send me a replacement! Leah is awesome and this company is too! Thank you Leah!

Hands down the best customer service…

Hands down the best customer service experience I've ever had! Fast, reliable and incredibly friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and stress-free. The Fleshy Pro was not very stimulating…

The Fleshy Pro was not very stimulating for me. I then purchased a Thrust which works much better. However, that's a lot of money to spend to determine which product works as advertised.

Great customer service

Wow! I am so impressed with their customer service! We had an issue with our breaking but all I had to do was send them a video of the damage and they are shipping me a replacement under warranty right away! I highly recommend this company.

Great customer support.

Even though I've experienced two failed Fleshy Pro units so far, the rapid response from customer service to send me a second replacement unit was superb. For this reason, I would not hesitate to purchase products from this company again.

Was nice when it was working

Was nice when it was working. Lasted 6 months before it stopped sucking. I think some oil, or water might have leaked into the motor.

Don't believe the hype

Don't believe the hype. Ordered for (what would have been) outstanding bachelor party gag gifts. Placed order well before shipping cutoff time on a Friday. Should have shipped UPS 2nd Day Air (as stated on website) that same day. However, with no explanation, item was held until the following week, and shipped USPS. Response from "Paris" was nonsensical. Something about not meeting cutoff time and trying to ensure quickest delivery. USPS is not faster than UPS 2nd Day. She did apologize for the "confusion," as if I didn't have timestamped emails and couldn't do math in my head. Requested refund for UPS 2nd Day Air shipping and was refused. All initial order confirmation emails substantiated the fact that the order was placed well in advance of Friday cutoff time for UPS pickup. Politely asked (again) that UPS delivery fee ($9) be refunded, and never heard back. Since order had not yet shipped (USPS label created, but order not yet shipped), I requested the order be canceled. Again -- never heard back. Canceled through bank. LOL...this was not at all worth my time typing emails to Fleshy. However, I wanted to provide an honest review for you folks. If you're looking to do something "different" for a bachelor party, just hire a handful of female midget strippers. I wish that's what I had done in the first place.

Quality Products and Excellent Support!

I had a small problem with a product I purchased from them and their support staff quickly responded to the issue and sent me out a replacement product without the hassle of returning the defective one. I just tossed it out. Top notch support and quality products will definitely create return customers!

Great Customer Service

When my Fleshy Pro broke due to a malfunction, Paris R gave great customer service and was quick and polite! 5 stars for her and 5 stars for the Fleshy Pro. The item works well and I have a few sleeves for it and it definitely feels great. 👍🏻

Great Customer Service

My item had a short in it, and customer service was quick to respond giving directions on how to make the return. Paris, in customer service, followed thru with the return and the refund. The customer service has been as good as any company I've ever dealt with.

Doesn't finish the job.

It looked really promising but there just isn't enough stimulation. I've tried it 5 times and it's never done it's job if you know what I mean. So now it's used. Is there a warranty or guarantee so I can get my money back?

Additionally, there really weren't any detailed instructions on how to use it. Maybe I'm not using it correctly. Is there a link to more detailed instructions?
