The Pro was not what I was expecting. The fit is incredible and feels really good. But the suction amd tugging was neither fast nor strong enough to make it truly enjoyable. Great quality feeling product, just not strong enough for me.

Customer service is wonderful! When I broke a couple of my Fleshy devices, Leah was quick to reassure me that they were under warranty, and sent replacements free of charge. This kind of customer service is infrequent these days, and when I find a company that has excellent customer service, I stick with it, so I will be a returning customer every time Fleshy releases new products. Leah is the best!

Although my experience with the "PRO" product wasn't for me, Fleshy provided great customer service. It was too late to return my product, so I asked for credit towards a different one. But that product was out of stock, so they offered me a full refund, which I received. It's uncommon to find customer support like this. I will be a return customer in the future.

First let's start with, they make good products, Now to the issues, I tired writing a review on their site, it said it needed to be approved, it was under 4 star and never posted, so it seems unless you rate 4-5 star it won't be approved manipulating the reviews, which brings me here to write a review. I have one of the items already, currently waiting on a second, which brings us to the second issue, as per their FAQ:
"2nd Day Express
Orders placed before our cut-off time (11:00 AM CT, Monday–Friday) will ship the same day. Delivery takes 2 business days, excluding processing time (1 business day)."
They charge you $18 for two day shipping, they state processed same day, I ordered on a Sunday (4/13) so they would receive the order on Monday (4/14), and wasnt processed and didn't arrive with shipping partner til Wednesday (4/16), so going by one day processing and two day shipping were already past their 1 day processing and 2 day delivery. Product didn't leave shipping partner til Wednesday, and 2 day shipping is usually 2-3 if we're being honest, which gave them til Friday to deliver, UPS doesn't deliver on weekends and no product has arrived so far (looks as though it goes to UPS then to USPS for final delivery). We're at normal shipping speeds now but charged for 2 day. I believe I had the same issue with the first product. I reached out to customer support Tuesday (4/15) but zero reply, which brings another issue. If you order and don't wish to keep the item, there is no refund unless you cancel before it ships, if customer service doesn't bother checking or replying then you can't possibly cancel an order.
If your going to charge 2 day shipping rates please follow your own FAQ so it possibly arrived in that time, if not, charge normal shipping fees.
If this were solely about the product it would be 5 star easily, but losing three stars for not following your own FAQ, charging 2 day shipping fees and not fulfilling on that, and zero responses from customer support (yes, I checked spam and trash folders).

Seemed to be a quality product. Was expecting a stronger and faster suction and the ability to fit everything inside as well as a glide. Couldn’t fit and without an air release it was just a poor experience. Went with this and the “minx” to try something new. Now I can’t return it used. Really disappointed. Should’ve went with tenga like I originally wanted.

great concept and idea but found it lacking range of motion needs to have longer strokes where it stands out is. The Interactive syncing is very good but once again lacks the range of motion because of that it's very lack luster
