Don't want the service. I don't want it..and for some reason it doesn't let me cancel. HOW INTERESTING.

Update: I was finally contacted by someone at Epic, and my issue has been resolved. My daughter does really enjoy the site, and they use it at our local public school.

I haven't been able to log in for some time. The password reset option through the website hasn't worked despite multiple attempts. I have submitted a ticket through your automated system and haven't been contacted. Please help me get this resolved.

Love it just make it available after 3 pm for free for our students!

I got this service for the offline book reading during a trip. It was problematic and constantly was logging me out and since I didn't have internet service, I couldn't log back in to have access to books.
When we were able to listen to books, the longer chapter books didn't save where you were at in the book, and it restared at the beginning every time the app was opened.
My kids love Epic, but if you want this to use this service offline, it's not reliable.

My child loves reading and Epic has an amazing selection of books.

We would like to have more options to epic such as reading math and games or more. Something more exciting and interesting.

My Kids are very engaged. Mixed with regular book reading can make a difference.

Keeps my daughter interested and accountable. She looks forward to reading!

I never write negative reviews, but felt compelled to because this app and customer service or lack there of was such a disappointment. The app sells itself on providing only safe and age appropriate content for our children. It claims to be hand picked by parents yet it has no safety features to block inappropriate content for young children. You can block specific books if you happen to know which book is not appropriate for your child, but it does not prevent a child from coming across material that’s completely inappropriate. Our 5 year old had access to books that were disturbing and scary. Our 9 year old was frightened by the graphic nature of the images and descriptive text. It seemed like such a great concept, but there is no system set up and no proofreading of each book like they suggest to ensure it’s appropriate for your child. Stick to the library and hand selecting the books yourself.

Amazing App! I love the wide array of books and the quizzes that are often offered after most reading. My kiddo loves this App!

Epic is a scam...They will not allow you to cancel your account. Continuous pop ups make it impossible to get to the parent portal and there are no other contact means TOTAL SCAM!!

Great books and my kids love it! I would definitely recommend it to anyone with kids!

Epic books is awesome! My son loves the read to me books and it makes me feel less guilty about screen time. He’s currently obsessed with natural disaster books. I’m so happy his first grade teacher introduced me to this app!

I am sad I can only add 4 of my kids on the family subscription. I have 5 kids so I don’t get real info about my kids since one of them jumps on random siblings accounts.

Also we have come across some woke books that are not appropriate and have bad messages to my children.

So far so good but i don't have enough experience to give it a 5 start yet.
