I had not heard of GeAgent before but when they popped up on a google search, i thought 'why not' and filled in their quick survey.. i had James Richardson ring me within an hour and he was so helpful and gave great advice and followed up with an email with questions to ask the estate agents and sent a list of the top 7 performing agents in my area and questions to ask them... it was so helpful and i am grateful for all his help and support navigating these unfamiliar area... i would recommend using them and James is so friendly and professional.. thank you

After looking on GetAgent and requesting some free property valuations I had a follow up call from Xavier James. It was a pleasure to speak with this person as he was extremely helpful in several ways answering any questions and giving information.

Very prompt, informative and polite service. I did not feel pushed or rushed.

Xavier was very helpful, easy to talk to and knowledgeable. I look forward to hearing from several of the agents he recommended in the next couple of weeks.

I liked Danny Watts I think that was his name. He sounded very sincere but of course you all are. You nearly all say the say thing perhaps you all have the same script. Unreasonable fee structure in my experience

As an estate agent, my experience of GetAgent has been disappointing, particularly regarding their fee structure.

I have found the way fees are claimed to be unreasonable, including situations where, in my view, GetAgent has carried out little or no meaningful work in relation to the eventual transaction, yet still seeks to claim a fee.

I appreciate that referral platforms need to generate revenue and that agreed terms have to be respected. However, I believe fees should reasonably reflect the service provided and the role the platform has actually played in securing an instruction or sale.

From an estate agent’s perspective, I would strongly recommend that other agents carefully review GetAgent’s terms, particularly the circumstances in which a fee may become payable, before signing up.

I used GetAgent to find out about estate agents in Sheffield. I was contacted by James Richardson after using the online form and found him to be very helpful with talking through what kind of questions I might ask different agents in order to narrow down the best ones for me. James was efficient and helpful and I would recommend him.

I received a call from Ithiel on the back of submitting a form for estate agent recommendations. Ithiel was polite, knowledgeable and very helpful, without being pushy. She followed up with an email with some excellent advice.

Get agent are a really helpful company, I used their website to look at local estate agents to me to see who I could use to sell my property. I had a call from Xavier who was very polite and knowledgeable of the agents and their performance in my area and gave me some great recommendations which I will be following up. I really recommend this company if you’re planning on selling your property to get an honest unbiased opinion of local agents.

Within a couple of mins of filling the form, i had a phone call..Xavier was very helpful and went through everything with me. Very polite and a pleasure to talk to.

Ithiel S] was quick and very well informed about the current market and estate agents in our area - 2 of whom were in touch immediately & helped us to make informed decision on selling our property.
