Ask to speak with Michael Clark for excellent customer service

I needed to bring my booking forward so I called up customer service. Unlike some experiences, my experience with ‘getaflight’ was exceptional. I spoke with Michael Clark their representative and was very pleased with the service I received. Michael is attentive, listens openly and is readily available to deal with requests queries and his reliability is excellent. When he says he will return a call, he will keep his word. Thank you Michael, you are clearly an organised and professional individual and you were very helpful.
