I used this company for the first time recently to book flights to visit family in New Zealand. The process was quick and straightforward. After my booking had gone through I was telephoned by the lovely and very patient Russell who informed me that my outbound flight would need to be changed due to the flight being overbooked. This was all managed by Russell and at no extra cost to myself. I would recommend Getaflight based on my first experience with them.

Charles was great at dealing with my issue. He was very prompt and listened to understand my issue and to resolve it swiftly. My only issue that they don't seem to have an up-to-date ATOL license
