Awful knife
Awful knife. Just completely awful. The blade is far too thick and it's edge blunts so quickly that it becomes essentially an expensive paperweight. This is not a japanese steel knife. Don't waste your money.

steel is very low grade hardly any carbon content
edge goes off very quickly
in all very poor knifes ,don't let your self get drawn into there silly marketing campaign .stay clear and do some research .all the people saying how great they are ,have never had a good knife .

Ordered a knife sent 4 sheaths with order which i never ordered. The organized collection and confirmed receipt of goods. Still no refund and website is impossible to navigate. Knife is as sharp as a plastic toy knife. Not impressed. AVOID Total SCAM.

I just rewatched the ad i saw which initially persuaded me to buy a Huusk knife and I cannot say that any of it was untrue, unlike so many ads on television or the internet. It is very, very sharp but well balanced and easy to use for both large and small fruits and vegetables. I really like it!

This company is a total scam
This company is a total scam. They won't cancel my order despite the fact that I cancelled the order within minutes of making it and have phoned them daily. They won't give me the tracking code of the DHL courier, only their own internal tracking code which is still stating that it hasn't yet been sent (update - this tracking code was correct but wasn't registering on the DHL website as DHL hadn't yet picked up the parcel). This means that I cannot arrange with the courier to return to sender which is the only way I can think of to avoid paying extortionate return postal fees which is the only solution Huusk will give me at this stage to get a refund. When I spoke to a customer service representative yesterday they offered me a 20% discount as long as I did not then return the items.

LIVE UPDATE - have just been offered 50% off if I don't send back the package when it arrives.
Now waiting on an update to see if they will give me a full refund as I said that I would still be sending the knives back
2nd update - after I posted this review I was contacted and given a full refund. The tracking later updated and the knives have now been picked up by DHL. I have contacted DHL and asked that they are returned to sender.
3rd update - I was contacted by telephone today give feedback to the company on my experience. Whilst I am very happy to have a full refund I did stress that this had only happened because I had phoned them every day and patiently waited to get through, calling back when I was cut off etc. etc. Someone else may not have been as dogged as me and wouldn't have got the same outcome that I did.
I still believe that this business is unethical although they refunded me in the end. It was stressful and unnecessary for everyone involved. They need an order summary page so that people can check their orders before confirming and a robust process to cancel orders before they have been posted out. On the quality of the knives I cannot say as I have not seen them but read the other reviews to help you make up your mind whether to buy them and make sure you read some of the negative reviews to to get a balanced view.
