The Anti-aging primer container arrived cracked open at the seam and dried out. Hopefully, this will be replaced by Chamonix. I have heard how wonderful this product is and am disappointed that I can't try it.

The site required me to accept the automatic supply / payment before I’ve even tried anything. Prior experience (other similar format), the second shipment is already in progress before the product has been used and determined if it’s something I want to continue or not. We shall see. Also, there was no option for me to pick one or two items, I had to buy the whole package. If others options were available, your website was not clear.

I thought I was ordering only one item. However, I guess something else popped up and I okayed it without knowing. Hopefully, the product will be good and I won’t mind.

Hard to find and buy the one item I needed, without buying a package. I had to google to find how to order it. You need a list of individualized items for sale.

The website is not terribly easy to use but their Chat folks are great and I can't wait to receive my order because I've heard nothing but good things about Genucel!

This is my second order Genucel. I thought I would order it one more time to see if I could see a difference and I haven’t… in fact I’ve actually gotten a few more wrinkles. I spent a lot of money for nothing. Honestly I don’t think anything works! I think it all depends on your genes. I’m very disappointed but most of all I’m disappointed in Glenn Beck! I pretty much trust him. When I heard him advertising Genucel I had to order it because Glenn Beck said it’s a great product….well it’s not a great product and neither are any of the other products! I’ve tried them all! Don’t believe any of their lies none of this works! Don’t waste your money!

Right after I made my purchase.. you offered the same purchase for approximately $10 less..so do I cancel previous offer and purchase that offer..?

The reason for my average rating was I had to subscribe in order to place my order. I wanted to try the product before I subscribe.

Easy to order. Good deal with an awesome free gift. The only suggestion is all the offers right after I placed my order. It was confusing and annoying.

As soon as I completed my first order, I was bombarded with multiple ads to buy many other products! Please give me a chance to see if I like the first product I ordered before drowning me in offers!

I thoroughly enjoy your products, however, the ordering process is misleading. After you order then pop-ups to order additional products or the same products come up at additional discounts. Why not give the discount up front? I have ordered additional products by mistake as well. Also, if product is backordered please state so up front.
