I returned products according to their return policy with tracking that shows they received them back over 30 days ago.
They will not refund my money.

It is not evident that you are subscribing, and the VERY EXPENSIVE PRODUCT starts arriving regularly! I only wanted to try it out, and I don't think it works, so now I've paid WAY MORE THAN I EVER INTENDED! They provide you with a number to call but they don't answer. Typical. Even when cancelling, you are stuck paying for and receiving the product for 60-90 days! SUCH A RIP OFF! If it were a product that worked, they wouldn't need to STEAL YOUR MONEY and they'd be more accountable to satisfied customers! DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!!!

I placed my first order and did not realize it was a subscription. So second shipment shows up and I go online to cancel. I was able to cancel my subscription, but there was no information about how to return the package. There’s supposed to be an online chat to do this but it wasn’t on their website anywhere. I sent an email and found out this morning that I can return it, but I will only get a store credit, not a credit card refund. What a load of BS this is.

SUBSCRIPTION SCAM. BUYER BEWARE. The first order conveniently hides the details of this being a subscription and future charges. I initially paid $80 for the complete skincare kit. 30 days later they hit my Pay Pal account for $160. Keep in mind, it will not appear under Genucel. For PayPal, the seller appears under Unimed International Inc.

You don't realize when you purchase this mediocre product that they will charge you another $160 in 30 days. I ordered a pretty expensive sampler kit ($90) and was obligated to pay a $160 subscription without ever knowing it. I don't care for this company or their product. BUYER BEWARE!

Products do not do what is promised! No change in dark spots after using the product as directed for two months. Wrinkle cream does nothing. Total waste of money and difficult to stop shipments

Be VERY VEY CAREFUL. I would give it NO Stars, but that's not an option. I ordered Immediate Effects 2 in January, and it does not claim what is says it will do. Then the next thing I know is that I am receiving another shipment the following month and being charged $88.00. They are telling me in an email that I somehow signed up for a monthly delivery for $88 a month. Nowhere was this made clear at the time of purchase. I tried calling their customer service number 6 times, but no one answered. They claim that there's a "Live Chat" on the website, which there is not!!!! I could not reach anyone. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!!! In a general response email, they claim that they can't reverse the purchase, nor can they give a refund. They can however give store credit for some of their other useless products. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY HOOK YOU UP, AND THEN THERE'S NO WAY TO GET IN TOUCH WITH ANYONE.

Tried the sample as did my wife and it did nothing

This is no more than a moisturizing cream. Does absolutely nothing to minimize wrinkles or sagging jawline. Don't know how they get away with false advertisement. Used the product faithfully each day for 6 months and experienced NO CHANGE whatsoever!

Products were okay. Customer service stinks. I had to work a little too hard just to cancel my membership. Also, I was informed that there are no refunds, only credits. Read the fine print before you sign up. They couldn't care less about customer service. I returned a product a 3-4 weeks ago and still haven't received my so called "credit" for the return. 0 stars if I could...

I have tried Genucel for about 9 mo. The moisturizing products clog pores, the products for instant wrinkle release does not work with any makeup and leave a residue. Genucel will not give refunds for any subscription so do not believe the Guarantee policy.

I have used Genucel products for 5 years and thought their product was good. I tried their Gen90, which flaked off, and didn't work, reached out to customer service and asked to replace it with their Immediate Effects (didn't ask for a refund), and was told that I was using the product wrong.....don't count on their guarantee. Won't trust them again.

Their products are way overpriced. They have 2 websites that they charge you subscriptions for which is misleading. The charges and emails are from Chamonix. I went to that website thinking I had no subscriptions and then they charged me $158 for a whole package that I do not want. They said I had a subscription on the Genucel website. I only bought it to try it the first time because Chicks on the Right raved about how great it is, but after using it for several months, I see no significant difference in my skin and do not want to keep paying these high prices for something that is mediocre at best. Who can afford $158 on skincare alone every month and that is on discount. They tie you up in these subscriptions and cannot easily get out of it. There are just as good skin cares out there that are much more reasonably priced and all natural like GoPure which I will be going back to.

Dark spot corrector did not lighter my spots st all. Used it regularly for 3 months.

I have used Genucel by Chamonix for a month twice a day as instructed. It does make my face soft but doesn’t eliminate wrinkles or imperfections as stated. I can get same results with drug store skin care or Mary Kay for a lot less

I still have not received my product that was mailed twice use FedEx or ups you cheapskate. I want my products or my money back now...EDIT I have the product and I received a refund for the inconvenience.

I am very disappointed in this company. After trying their starter bundle product, my husband and I were unsatisfied. We were experiencing a burning sensation with 2 of the 3 products tried. Seeing as these products were being used close to our eyes we decided it wasnt for us.
I called customer service to start a return and request a refund. Instead I was forced to hear a sales pitch 3 times. I could tell in her voice she was irritated that I didnt want to accept any of her offers. After my frustration grew, I continued to ask for the return authorization code. The lady was clearly pissed off I turned down all her offers but begrudgingly gave me the code. She was very vague on the instructions to return. I followed the steps I was told, simply writing this return code on my original packing slip. I received the refund a couple of weeks after.

Their products are sub-par at best, mass produced, and aren't worth the money they are asking for. I will probably never buy anything from this company (or any of their numerous sister companies again) Lesson learned😢

As a person with EXTREMELY sensitive skin, I find Chamonix products to be effective and non-irritating. While the wrinkle reduction is not quite as noticeable as I’d like, all the products do have a nominal degree of the promised effects. I use the Jeunesse, Genucel XV, and eyelid treatment every day, and have noticed smoothing, tightening and brightening.

You do not like to refund when you continually ship When you bought the Christmas Box for $150.00 December - Sent January $150, February $150, March $92.38 Lucky I did get a $150.00 refund in June!

I do not understand the negative reviews. This stuff has been amazing for me. I have been using it for less than a week and I’m already seeing results! I have used the products for three days straight now and honest to goodness, a wrinkle that I had developed from sleeping on my side (that was running to the left of my nose from where my face is folded when I sleep,) is completely smoothed out! It looks like I got Botox. There is a bit remaining blow my nose around my lips and I’m hoping will fade out too. This was not a temporary crease but one that had developed over time. It’s only been three days so I have high hopes!

A word of caution:
I will say, I used all of the products I had at once and had allergic reaction, so I recommend starting with one at a time because they are potent. (Turns out it was the sun spot remover that was causing my reaction.)
