The berberine patches didn't work. I even resorted to putting 2 on. No effect whatsover. Shocked to get an email telling me my next subscription was due. I never signed up for a repeat. I did cancel so only time will tell if they try to take payment.
Update: I did receive a confirmation email to confirm my cancellation was effective and no money was attempted to be taken.

Fast shipping , which is always important. I just started my patches about 5 days ago. So far I haven’t noticed any difference. But im excited. I know something good is going to happen.

On my first experience ordering Gentle Patches, I ordered the wrong package. I emailed Support right away asking for an order change/refund. After a few days, I was notified that a refund was coming my way. I have since, placed the correct order for me to test drive the product. Thank you Gentle Patches!!

The order went to my Florida address. I’m not sure how. I’m now at my Michigan address and won’t be back in Florida until November. So I can’t make an opinion until then🤨🤨🤨

I ordered the patch out of curiosity. My weight fluctuates and I needed something! The order came rather quickly. I used the patches as directed and noticed a change in my appetite. So I adjusted my subscription to have the patches come monthly, automatically. We'll see what happens with the weight moving forward. You should try them. Its a start in my weight loss process for me.

The first time I ordered from Gentle Patches I didn't receive the order. They showed me a picture of the package on my porch. It was a small plastic envelope and looked very light. It wasn't slipped under my doormat or a planter so I could only assume it was blown away. I asked for a refund, they refused.
Now I got an email saying that another order was sent for which I was charged. When I contacted them I was told that I had a subscription. I did get them to cancel the subscription but they refuse to refund me for an order I didn't place.
Gentle Patches has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Use another company for GLP-1 patches.

I kept getting patches in the mail and I refused shipping. I returned what I received in error. I never got my money back.

The product does not work and it is not risk free I bought three packages. I figured I would know if it worked in three months. After about 20 days, it was clear it didn’t work. Unbeknown you, you are signed up to a subscription. You have to contact them to cancel the subscription. They signed you up for. Once you try the product it turns out they don’t refund packages once opened. Only unopened packages.They advertise risk free. When you contact them for a refund. Before they will give you steps for a refund they want to give you a 30% refund on your order and you can keep all of that. Don’t stop there because if you still pursue the refund, they will then offer you a 50% refund on your order. If you continue to pursue the refund, they have a form for you to fill out. When I did that and didn’t hear from them, I pursued the refund again. Believe it or not they sent me an email saying “thank you for accepting our 30% refund.” I emailed back that I did not accept their 30% refund and asked that my remaining two packages be refunded. Forgot to mention you pay for the return postage and a $5 restocking fee. What a hassle. Don’t buy anything from these people.

The product does not work and you buy one package to try and unbeknown you, you are signed up to a subscription and they help themselves to your bank account!! Stay well clear.

It truly is gentle and yet my cravings have stopped.
I tried GLP1 injections. They made me sick. Then I tried
Wegovy pills, low dose. Didn't work on me. Then I went to a higher dose and my heart was racing all night, so I had to stop. I really hope these continue to work. I am so happy to find them. Thank you for such a great product.

Did not do anything for my appetite. Tried to get a refund and they make it so difficult. They make you pay for return postage then a restocking fee. Oh, they sure make it on time to send more useless patches and yes, same difficulty in trying to cancel. My recommendation, DONT waste your time!!!!!!

I bought the patches for about 25$. I like new products and thought I would give it a try. I was hopeful, but they made me feel sick. I stopped and decided to stop. Then they sent me a notice that I had three days to cancel. Then they charged me right away, and then charged me over 100$ in US money, TWICE!! It’s a scam. Now they let me cancel, but did not refund me the 200$ that quietly charged me.

I had a severe Anaphyalaxis allergic reaction to the patches. My body felt like I was on fire, my skin turned bright red and I had severe shaking. I went to the hospital and was treated and was given 3 prescriptions to take after costing $340.00. Plus the expenses for the hospital. Buyer be ware!

I bought these patch thinking they were genuine, they were supposedly GLP1 for slimming, i used them for 7 days and I put a 1LB on, i got in touch they said was i using the correctly they were small blue sticky paper,how could you go wrong. They i used them for a further 20 days, nothing happened, I agree with everyone when they say they are polite but they are not helpful because the offer me 30% off to keep them and then unbeknownst i had signed up to a subscription and they sent me another pack which considering I had told them what I thought if them you would think they would have sent them. I rang them the day they took payment and they said it was already gone but I could have a 40%% off to keep them or send them back at my own expense and the would refund me less £5.00. I told them to pick them up because I wasn't paying postage plus £5 that was the last I heard. They are a total scam they would never have worked and they are taking money under false pretence. I i could give the zero points I wouuld.
