Patches did not work for me and apparently I signed up for a subscription I new nothing about, customer services from GLP-1 gentle patches Australia are a nightmare to deal with it says money back guarantee and they keep sending me emails with 25% money back and you keep the product I think I have received 3 of them and then the last one was 50% and I keep the product. I just want to send the product back for a full refund which I clearly state in every return email.

I was willing to try this product for $14.95. When I checked out I was charged $134. I received an email right away and asked to cancel my order. They said they couldn't because it was shipped. Not in less than one minute. Then 2 emails offering up to 60% off. I said .Ripoff

My handbag got snatched when I was out shopping and my card was inside then misused in various places one of them is Gentle patches but thanks to customer service Patrick who helped me so much and issued me a refund straight away he is so compassionate once he found out what happened with my handbag. Thank you so much Patrick for all the help you gave me.

So far my 25 year old daughter and myself have been using the berberine or GLP-1 patches for 2 weeks and both of us have really enjoyed not being so food conscious. We both have noticed that we can say “no” to most anything, especially for the later in the evening cravings! We both really enjoy these patches!!

Ordered patches from here but had to send back as a) ordered to many and b) they brought me out in blood blisters. I made contact to return them and was given excellent service from start to finish. I would not hesitate ordering from here and if you have to return they are extremely efficient. Gelou was so helpful and was so kind keeping me up to date with every procedure can’t thank him/her enough.

No weight loss after 2 months use daily

I was promised weight loss, I didn’t lose a single pound. Google advises to consider Gentle Patches a scam and so do I. I truly believe I am sticking pointless purple stickers on. I’m mad with myself.
I’ve requested a refund but was told I’d waited a couple of weeks too long.
How are we supposed to know there is no benefit to wearing these ridiculous, useless patches unless we give them a fair trial?

Do not purchase at all!!! This does not work. I purchased 1 pack for trial, offered 3 packs for discounted prize so i bought, only to realise after 2 weeks they have taken money again on my account. Checked my account with gentle patches and it says no active subscription. Good thing i used my paypal, i cancelled it immediately. I sent them email,and their response is they sending another pack and its on its way. SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!

My 1st order did not arrive and my money was taken. Also monthly subscription amount was requested at my bank. Since I see lots of bogus sales, I requested the customer service to look in. They were very swift and send me another order and refunded 30%. Unfortunately the patch gave me an allergic reaction on the first day but I gave them to my friends to try. Hopefully it will work for them.

I order the patches and they didn't work for me. Asked for a refund and subscription cancellation. They offered a partial refund so I didn't to deal with the hassle of shipping it back. That part was smooth and easy. 2 months later I see a charge for another set of patches. Within hours of the order going through, I emailed them to let them know that I cancelled my subscription and to cancel the order. Was told that they could cancel an order 4 mins after it was placed. Tried to contact DHL to return the package but it arrived anyways. Have spent over 3 weeks trying to explain the situation to get a refund. They just kept trying to offer me a partial refund. I didn't want this product and the subscription was suppose to be cancelled and never should have been sent to me in the first place, I wanted my money back. They finally sent me the info to send it back and told me I would be responsible for the cost of sending it back... For a product THAT SHOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN SENT IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!! I asked them to reconsider but they won't budge. Considering this was their fault, the fact that they won't cover the shipping is beyond unbelievable. Worst customer service experience ever and if asked I would say NEVER BUY FROM THEM.

I didn’t get the result I expected but being in contact with customer service is top notch and I am so grateful!

These patches don't contain anything that helps reduce your belly fat. They're only a suggestive sign for you to reduce your caloric intake. It's entirely a scam. It's also a and subscription, that you now have, after thinking you were only trying a one-time event. Price will Increase, hard to delete

I messed up, gave only a partial delivery address. Emailed for help, quick response. Purchase back out for delivery. Checked again, as delivery hadn't arrived, again quick helpful response. Great service. Real humans! So refreshing. I've yet to try the product, but already feel delighted by my experience.
