I've had a very positive experience using Genspark, especially for AI image generation. The image quality is excellent, and I really enjoyed using the platform for creative projects.

I did experience an account suspension because my usage pattern was identified as bulk generation. Although I was disappointed, the support team responded politely, explained the situation as much as they could, and processed a prorated refund for the unused portion of my annual subscription promptly.

I appreciate the professional and respectful customer support throughout the process. They also clearly explained that I could continue using my new free account and upgrade it again in the future.

Overall, I think Genspark is a powerful AI platform with excellent image generation capabilities. My advice to other users is to be mindful of your usage patterns and make sure they comply with the platform's policies.

Been using Genspark for a really complex legal case and it’s honestly the only AI tool I’ve found actually useful for this kind of thing. I’m a layman dealing with thousands of documents, and it helps me comb through them without losing track of everything. Also really important: it doesn’t hallucinate much, if at all, and it doesn’t smooth over quotes from documents, which matters a lot when you need the wording to stay exact. That’s a big reason I trust it more than other AI tools. The tokens can get out of hand (expense), so learning how to keep them down is vital.

I've been using Genspark extensively, and it has become one of my favorite AI tools. It is incredibly smart, creative, and helpful. I'm especially impressed by its reasoning, problem-solving, and the quality of its designs and presentations. It helps me save a lot of time and supports me in my nonprofit work to equip and train Christian leaders.

I also appreciate how responsive and supportive the Genspark team is. They are continually improving the platform, which gives me confidence in its future.

One suggestion for improvement is the Arabic presentation experience. It would be great if the Arabic fonts in slides were larger and easier to read. Also, numbers should follow Arabic writing conventions (right-to-left), and Arabic numerals should be displayed correctly instead of Western formatting. Improving Arabic typography and layout would make the presentations much more professional.

Overall, Genspark is an outstanding AI platform, and I highly recommend it. Since I use it so frequently, I hope the team will consider offering additional discounts or loyalty benefits for active users. This would encourage even more people, especially nonprofits and educators, to adopt such an excellent tool.

Genspark has quickly become one of the most useful AI platforms I work with on a daily basis.

What stands out for me is that it doesn’t just generate isolated outputs — it actually supports a full creative and technical workflow from start to finish. I can move from research, to ideation, to image generation, to documentation, to presentation, to skill creation, all within one connected environment. That continuity makes a real difference compared to most other tools.

A few things I genuinely appreciate:

• AI Image with the Camera Settings panel is incredibly strong for creative work. The ability to control body, lens, focal length, and aperture allows for intentional, cinematic results rather than random generations.

• AI Docs and AI Slides 5.0 are excellent for turning ideas into polished, structured outputs. The slide generation quality, layout intelligence, and editor flexibility are far above what I’ve seen elsewhere.

• The Skills system is a real differentiator. Being able to build custom skills with onboarding forms, locked parameters, brand contracts, multi-language behavior, and direct routing to specific Genspark agents is something I haven’t found in any other platform in this depth.

• The Workspace 4.0 environment feels modern, fast, and built for real work, not just experimentation.

• The multi-agent architecture across modules is consistent, which makes it easy to build serious projects on top of it.

For me, Genspark stands out because it combines creativity, structure, and execution in a way most AI tools don’t. It’s not just an AI assistant — it’s a real working environment for ambitious projects.

Highly recommended for creators, builders, founders, developers, and anyone who wants to move from “generating things” to actually building things.

Genspark is very useful AI agent tool and it helps to enhance business tasks and processes. And also it handle various application to meet and to make best solution for client’s requirements.
And customer service activities are quick and polite to solve the claims of customer.

There is no better solution than Genspark currently. We can argue that it is a little expensive and token trnasparency could be improved. We could argue that the slides it makes sometimes needs a revision but we cant argue about the quality of Genspark developer. It completely outperforms claude code on every level. I still use claude code but more as intermediate/buffer to avoid using all of my genspark tokens but even then I have to constantly rework, re-prompt, or revise something claude code did. Another reason I really enjoy genspark is the fact that your site can be live immediately, like 0 wait time! It isnt the price of the others but you know the saying "You get what you pay for" right? When has that not been true? My one qualm is the customer service, I just chalked it up to them being a young up and coming company. I have quickmagic & tripoai and the only ai-tool customer service that exists is on discord(no number to call or email) I'm sure this will be a thing of the past in the near future with genspark.

Sandra did a great job i thought i was unsibscribed and i got my money back in full when charged they do care bout their customers and the it is good overall it wasnt just what i needed.

For the last 10 months, Genspark has become an indispensable part of my daily workflow. It is a powerful tool that drastically cuts down my research and content creation time. I rely on it heavily for building comprehensive presentations and drafting detailed documents for analysis. It consistently delivers the precise, structured information I need to make informed decisions.

Since GenSpark seem to want to remove my previous feedback left over SEVEN MONTHS AGO, I thought that it would be appropriate to reiterate the poor performance of their product and finally replying to my requests for assistance such a ridiculously long time after I had the very expensive and frustrating experience with their product, just shows what their customer support is worth.
Your AI took a huge amount of my time money and caused me untold stress and frustration after it refused to follow clear and precise instructions, deleted work that took weeks to create and then refused to reply to my requests for assistance when I reached out to them. I would not recommend the product and the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I stopped using GenSpark, deleted it from my system and moved to Claude which I am very happy with and would recommend heartily.
I trust this confirms my human status with trust pilot and my previous feedback will be left to provide advice to avoid this product

I was introduced to Genspark back on May 15, 2025 by a friend (Will Irish). It was exciting to leverage Super Agent and Genspark's Image Suite to create LinkedIn content. Then I started using an n8n workflow to create LinkedIn content and forgot about Genspark until March 14, 2026 when I got the email about Genspark Claw. I was amazed at the new features that Genspark had developed in the little time I stepped away. Even in the last 3-months since returning back to Genspark, they have released new products/features e.g. Genspark Design, Slides 5.0 (upgrade), AgentBase, Skills, Developer and so much more. They have natively integrated with household names like Microsft & Salesforce (so you can bring Genspark to the tools you are already using i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Prior to becoming a beta tester, I saw user's frustrations about credit usage and took matters into my own hands by creating my own Mission Control Dashboard (that tracked usage) before Genspark introcued their usage monitoring. I also remember watching Kim Vo (US Brand & Creative) address some of the concerns users had been expressing during a live YouTube brooadcasts (so they have't hid from any shortcomings). Like any company that is going through rapid growth, they are trying to meet the demand by hiring new team members so that they can meet all of the user's needs. Having access to some of the Genspark team (like the incredible Mariana) I know that Genspark hasn't forgotten about the solopreneurs or the small business owners, even though they have gained a lot of tranction with Enterprise partners & businesses. The biggest thing that I love about Genspark is their speed. Their team is constantly thinking of ways to make the product of suites better and more useful. As a result, it's common to login and stumble across a new feature/upgrade that you weren't expecting. It's like celebrating your birthday every time a new feature is released. Even if you've been frustrated with Genspark in the recent weeks or months about something, I urge you to keep tabs on what they are doing because the experience/product is going to get better and if you are like me - you want to use the best tools that are availble.

I don’t understand why there are so many bag reviews about Genspark. It is an outstanding platform that can help a lot of people in their everyday work flow. I am using Genspark for image generating and the results are very good.

Also, I had such a nice experience when talking via Email with an Genspark representative about a refund. He helped me in a heartbeat and was kind and polite.

I will keep on renewing my subscription everytime i need it. And, fir the future, I really want to use more functions on the platform (besides Image Generating).

I’ve been working with Genspark for the past year! Outside of major token consumption I’ve seen nothing but progress. Super impressed by this company and how they have put all these LLMs in one place. Me being not a developer or engineer. I don’t know how to code and I’m not a designer. I feel with Genspark I have them in my pocket. It brings the creative side out of me. It’s always exciting seeing new updates and what they come out with.

Genspark is one of the best AI agent tools I've ever used. I've recommended it to dozens of friends, and every single one of them has come back thanking me after trying it.

The feature I use the most is AI Slides. After testing many AI presentation tools, I can confidently say that Genspark stands out for its understanding of prompts, the quality of the content it generates, and the way it presents information.

Recently, I ran into an issue and contacted their support team. Their response was fast, transparent, and highly professional. They took the time to explain what happened, addressed my concerns, and even escalated my feedback internally to improve the product. That level of customer care is rare and deserves recognition.

GenSpark isn't just another AI chatbot—it's a true AI agent, or rather a team of AI agents, designed to produce actual deliverables instead of simply answering questions. Its goal is to help you complete tasks by creating something useful, whether that's images, videos, designs, coded applications, presentations, PowerPoint decks, and much more. There's an incredible variety of tools available on the platform, and they're genuinely impressive.

One of the biggest advantages for me is that it allowed me to cancel four different subscriptions because everything I need is now available in one place.

You'll probably see some people saying the results aren't very good, but in many cases that's because they don't know how to write effective prompts. They would likely get the exact same results using the original tool directly—for example, Veo 3. If something doesn't work in GenSpark, it most likely wouldn't have worked in Veo 3 either. That's not GenSpark's fault; it's simply how the underlying model works.

Overall, I think GenSpark is an outstanding platform, and considering everything it offers, it's absolutely worth the price.

Hello, I've been using Genspark for more than 9 months and i was able to build and ship solid production enterprise applications (Secured and used everyday).
The platform is fully integrated with Github, Cloudflare, or Supabase. You can import skills to help you to build.
This is a very robust platform where you can do almost everything !!! This is super convenient. Genspark will orchestrate all your development. Super convenient.
I'll remove 1 star because of the credit consumption...You need to be extremely careful when you prompt because it can burn all your credits. This is the major drawback.

Since last year August, I’ve been using Genspark, when they came out has 1.0. Is it safe to say I’m one of the pioneers user of Genspark. Where back then they launched thier ai agent for design, and I one my first 200$.

What intrigued me about Genspark, was the inception of the company, bringing ai agents to operations, white collar jobs, and personal work.

And the first thing that brought me up was the PowerPoint slides agent, which marveled me and I jumped on it.

Genspark has really put food on my table, changed my job to AI consultant, and made my clients happy.

The target of the company remained constant, and it really served. Like all my clients have introduced Genspark to, have a personal agent that do their work for them.

Building brands from scratch, creating post cards and flyer, calling, agent that automate by busy work, throughly remarkable.

I can go on and on to explain how it has changed by my life work and job.

However, it seems it just a little that knows about the product here in my country Nigeria.

I just feel if we can come in Nigeria fully, a lot of busywork, white collar jobs that can be automated aren’t done.

Genspark it’s the best for this vision and they are doing exceptionally well. I can tell, my clients can tell. And with more push, and moving here to Nigeria, to spread the world, we would do something global.

I have been using Genspark now for the last 12 months and love the platform. The service aggregates so many Ai agents in one and you can choose which agent is best for your task or user a super agent to choose for you. The platform has continually evolved and some of the O365 plug ins are excellent to use. I have only had two issues to escalate over the last 12 months and the service helpdesk has improved significantly.

The most recent was to help me be more flexible in my credits usage which was responded to expertly.

I’ve just started using Genspark. If you know how to write prompts effectively, you can significantly reduce your credit usage. I had some difficulties at the beginning as well, but the support team helped me sort everything out and even refunded the credits I had spent. I’m very grateful for such excellent support.

I wish I had read the reviews first. I downgraded my plan, but my card was still charged around $4,500. This has been extremely frustrating and stressful. Please do yourself a favor and be very cautious before signing up for this service.
