Excellent Service

First time user of their services and I was absolutely delighted with the service received. They notified me when my item was being sorted and also when posted and it actually arrived in less than 24hours of ordering. Well done to them, I will definitely use their services again if needs be.

5 stars customer service experience

5 stars customer service experience, item arrived very fast, very well packaged with two small packages of sweets included, the VCDS OBD scanner already tested on two different cars and the tool done fantastic jobs, from easy full scan to delicate coding and set a second hand BCM ( body control module) on Seat Ibiza sport 2009, I love the HEX-NET model with WIFI interface because very comfortable to use, no cable connections to my tablet I can easily enjoy my mug of coffee on desk and keep doing the jobs on car

What a SUPERB company to do business with

What a GREAT company to do business with. I purchased a Hex EZCan for my new R1250RS. Not only was their price the best available on-line, they even included an extra splitter cable, hence a bargain compared to other suppliers.

However, it did not stop there. The follow emails confirming order, delivery and shipment were not bland and boring as most are. You have to see them to appreciate them and by god did they bring a bright cheer to dull day.

My order arrived the next working day. It was very well packaged and even included 2 little bags of Haribo sweets.

They say it's often the little things that make a huge difference. Gendan are exceptional, they definitely go that extra mile and I would have absolutely no hesitation in buying from them again.

If I was to sum up in one word: SUPERB....

AVOID GENDAN, AVOID GENDAN, AVOID GENDAN

After the first couple of enquiries the comms went dead. Read receipts show emails read but not answered. Last email enquiry was 11am. It's 6pm and nothing. Nothing yesterday, nothing today. I was ready to buy £225 kit off him but decided to go to a more responsive vendor. How this company gets its ratings is beyond belief! Glad I found out the easy way that this is a bad company. AVOID, AVOID,AVOID and just in case I may not have made myself clear AVOID!!!

I’m sorry to hear you’re not happy with your experience, but respectfully, the way you’ve expressed your version of events does not tally with the facts we have at hand:

- We received an email from you at 9:56am on Friday Feb 9th.
- We replied to that email within 45 minutes.
- You sent 2 replies to that in quick succession, which we received at 3:10pm and 3:19pm.
- We replied at 3:25pm – so within 6 minutes.
- On Wed Feb 12th at 10:01am, you emailed to say you’d not received a reply to your last email.
- We forwarded my previous reply to that email at 11:01am, requesting a read receipt on the email.
- 1 minute later we received “Your message was read on 2/12/2025 at 11:01 AM” from your email address.

We have replied to every email we have received from you within an hour, and had confirmation that you read our most recent reply.

We also offer telephone support if you would like more immediate answers, so that was another option available to you if your chosen medium wasn’t delivering what you needed.

To reiterate, we are sorry to hear you’re not happy with your experience, and disappointed that you felt that the best course of action was to post a negative review of a small business online, without first attempting to resolve any issue you may have had – based on your other reviews, this does appear to be your first port of call.

I was so impressed with my first order…

I was so impressed with my first order from Gendan that I immediately placed a second order for another product.
Such a great young company, communication was first class, pricing was great and delivery excellent - couldn't fault anything.l, even got packets of Haribo with my deliveries (enough of a reason to keep using them if you as me!).
Just shows what great young entrepreneurial companies are out there - forget the "big boys" and support companies like Gendan.

Great experience from start to finish

Great experience from start to finish. I spoke to one of the Gendan team about the issue I had with a 2013 Polo TDI, the DPF was causing limp mode and unable to regenerate due to this. I spoke with the team who pointed me in the direction of the VCDS Ross-Tech HEX V2. I order the hardware and was delivered to the NE of Scotland the following day, the hardware enabled me to measure the soot and ash content of the DPF, once this data was known I could safely remove the limp mode and conduct a regeneration whilst driving the car. Essential for Bentley ownership!

Normal OBD diagnostics doesn't work on an early 2003-2013 Bentley Continental, so we ordered the Ross-Tech HEX-V2 3 vin package, it was ordered new years eve & came the next working day! swift delivery, updated on on delivery, well wrapped, came with a VAT invoice, the software was very quick & simple to install and instructions were provided, great supplier in the UK, worth every penny as it diagnosed two ongoing faults with us going to a Bentley dealer! We recommend to any owner/dealer looking for a reliable, competitive product! Many thanks Andy @ TCS

Ordered the Ross-Tech HEX-V2 10 vin…

Ordered the Ross-Tech HEX-V2 10 vin package, it was ordered first thing Monday morning and was delivered first thing Tuesday morning, very fast delivery and I was kept updated on every step during the entire process, the software was very simple to install and full instructions were provided, great to have a Ross-Tech supplier in the UK, couldn’t be happier with this purchase! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for the official product!

Bought multiecuscan for 2018 fiat motorhome. It's a lot to sort on your laptop. To get it all right. And found the team very helpfull.do my own oil changes, but you need to reset oil light. £300 for an oil change and light reset. So payed for itself on 1st procedure I used it for

Reasonably pleased and excited

I received two very chewy tasty packets of Haribo from yourselves this morning
Whilst I prefer a nice piece of fruit the afformentioned chews were not welcomed by all who tasted them
Both packets arrived as expected in immaculate condition despite having to endure such a long treacherous journey from the wilds of Wales
However as a loyal returning customer I did expect another layer of bubbles for that extra security but I forgive you this once
ps VCDS arrived too
