are you a buyer dont buy from gembazaar the chains are stainless steel not silver just put a magnet on the chains its a big con the chains are from china the high ratings are false this is the worst seller in india you have now been warned avoid at all cost save your money go to jemvilla they are very honest and they do not sell any fake jewlery also lab created diamonds do not registert on a diamond tester as they are not real diamonds

Best customer service I have ever experienced for an online purchase. Clueless husband (me) orders ring for wife, size defaulted to smallest size and Stephen emailed me to check that I definitely wanted that size. We then exchanged a few emails discussing appropriate size. He then made additional efforts to ensure that the ring arrived in time for our wedding anniversary. And my wife loved the ring, which is beautiful.

I bought pearl earrings for my niece’s wedding and the quality of the workmanship was immediately apparent. They were absolutely stunning and also extremely light and comfortable to wear…which is very important for my old earlobes! I will definitely be buying more jewellery from GBJ.

I bought a ring but unfortunately arrived in a different colour. I was told that there had been a mistake with the colour used in the photos and the bright blue colour I ordered was used to represent the pale green ring I received. The ring was nice and good quality but nothing like the colour on the website. I was offered options to buy more rings to add to it but it still wasn’t what I wanted and meant spending more money. They were very helpful and communicative but unfortunately when I requested a refund communication stopped

I bought a ring from a shop which sold Gem Bazaar products. Within a month it lost a stone. I got back in touch with the shop who directed me to Gem Bazaar website. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and after a lot of inconvenience (& probably cost) for them (had to order another one from India), they replaced my ring no questions asked. They remained in contact with me throughout and were always helpful and kind. This level of customer service and care is sadly lacking with a lot of companies and it is such a lovely surprise when it happens.
I will definitely buy from them again, and would highly recommend them - not only because their products are beautiful and great value.

I got the Moon River ring and I absolutely love it - so well made and looks exactly like the photos! Service was great and it arrived very quickly so I’m really impressed with my first purchase and will be back for more!
