I have had an absolute blast with my table, have been using since April 24. Service, support and build quality is all excellent. You cannot buy better if you want a great gaming table with the flexibility of the accessories to suit your needs.

I received my table earlier this year. Everything seemed to fine at that time. During the summer I noticed that the boards were getting a bit too tight to put back in. It reached a point, where I was no longer able to push the last board back in, since the wood expanded too much. So I contacted the support for help on this matter. After a few weeks I got the information, that the replacement board, which was part of the delivery, was for this case. It is a bit more narrow, so it should fit. I tried it, and yes, it was way more narrow and fit. But the problem was, it was too narrow, so I now have a huge gap between the boards. I contacted the support again, trying to get a fitting replacement board, but all my mails are getting ignored. I read another review here, which stated that if you get a table and have no issues, you will be happy with your table. But if you encounter a problem and need to get help or a replacement item, you are in support hell. I can confirm that statement 100%.

If they are at Essen Spiel this year, I will talk to them in person. Maybe they will be more responsive and reasonable in person. For such an expensive item, you'd expect way better support.

Promisses that did not hold and you have to get pushy to get it….
Replacements which take up to 4 Month and still try to contact them - they dont have there s*it together in Customer support

Really impressed with both the table and service having been an early backer of the gwen table on kickstarter. Was a minor issue in assembly and they returned within 2 weeks to sort it. Excellent communication throughout and everything as expected. We'll definitely use them again in future.

Got my Gwen gaming table delivered and assembled today, and I couldn't be happier. The assembly process was a breeze thanks to the fantastic team – everything is nice and sturdy. Now I can't wait to break it in with a good game night!

I have just had my table delivered and the entire experience was incredible. The care for the customer was perfect. All features explained and demonstrated, all paperwork explained and the guys from Geeknson were professional and perfect.

I bought a Denis table from Geeknson in 2016.
I had always wanted a table from companies like Geek Chic, so when they closed down, I decided I had to take the plunge before all choices disappeared.

I chose the Denis because I had only a small flat and being able to transform it to a dining table and then get back to a pre-setup board game was exceptional. The baize layer in the vault along with the ability to secure game maps under a clear layer has proven invaluable for the games I played.

I moved when I became disabled back to my family home, and my growing collection of board games has been a welcome companion since; the table came apart easily and reassembled securely once we got there.

It looks as good now as it did the day I bought it, and my children regularly fight over who will inherit it!

The people at Geeknson are amazing, to boot.

You won’t ever regret owning one of these tables.
If you’re on the fence all I can say is they are totally worth it.

I ordered a Denis table at the June 2023 UK Games Expo custom size. I even made a few minor alterations after order that they were happy to make. Table arrived November 2023, and installed perfectly. I love my table, build quality is amazing and works well as a gaming table and dining table. So impressed!

We are extremely happy with our Bristol table! The Geeknson team has been amazing; they kept in regular contact at every stage of the order and have been very responsive to questions (thank you Terry and colleagues!). We were among the first people to order a Bristol directly from the website and the entire process took 4 months.

The delivery team was really friendly and professional, and they were just as excited about the table as we were - it felt like a special event! 2 small parts of the order were missing (acrylic dividers), but Paul and his colleague couldn’t have been more concerned and made it a priority. We received a dispatch notification within an hour of them leaving and the parts were delivered the next working day, along with a Geeknson mug as an extra! That’s great customer service.

The table itself is wonderful. It looks, feels and smells (yes, even smells) amazing. Every aspect of it has been thoroughly thought-through and manufactured to a very high standard. Even family and friends who aren’t interested in board gaming have been impressed with the Bristol as a piece of furniture. For gaming, you can very comfortably sit 6 around the [large] Bristol and up to 8 as a dining table (you can fit 3 chairs along each side and 1 on the ends). The leaves feel very solid and secure when fitted, and stow away neatly under the table when we’re gaming (we would recommend getting the under-table leaf storage - the brackets are lined with felt to prevent scratches and there is plenty of leg room). For gaming, the table can be adapted to suit most board games, from simple card games to heavy games like Gloomhaven or Nemesis. We would also recommend the wooden player boards if you do play heavier games, as the extra space is required… and in any case, they make the gaming experience that bit more special.

I ordered a Megan large table from GeekNSon. The table exceeded expectations, as did the service.

The table is beautifully and solidly made (it is a talking point for all of our guests), and was both delivered and assembled by GeekNSon themselves in-situ, on arrival. After building it, they then proceeeded to give me a demo, and instructions on how to re-apply oil when the table is a year old.

They then checked the invoice before leaving and noted that one item was missing, which they arranged for immediate delivery. Both this and the subsequent after-sales service (provided by one of their excellent sales managers, Terry) was impeccable.

I would definitely recommend GeekNSon without hesitation, both in terms of table quality and service.

Having played my first game yesterday on the new table I do have to say it was a dream come true. Playing feels nice, everything is in place, everything is made for a board gamer to enjoy the experience.

The ordering process, from webshop, customer care to delivery went smoothly and without any problems. My special wishes for the delivery dates could be accounted for and once the date was set, setting up was done on time and very quick.

You have to wait months for the table, take that into account. But you get what you signed uo, the given promises are kept and you´re treated with respect and care throughout the process.
