I am having a terrible experience with this company. I had a problem with my Kugoo S1 and sent it for repair, however they sent me back another scooter ( which was not mine) in terrible conditions, missing parts and with much higher mileage.And now they do not reply my emails anymore.I am seeking legal advice because this is not fair, not at all. I have pictures and my invoice to prove everything I am saying.

Does this company even exist? Dead slow communication until it stopped altogether. They lied about item having been sent (even the tracking code doesn't work). Paypal is now waiting for their reply but they don't want to work with them either which just makes me need to wait for the refund even longer.
Highly advice to avoid.

Ordered Himo z20, the delivery was very fast. Unpacked and saw broken bicycle. Wrote email to their customer service and now 3 weeks later I still don't have a solution. They wrote 2 emails back, which were useless (1st was sorry for the inconvenience; 2nd we can arrange a pick up and give you a refund). After 2nd email I wrote where and when bike can be picked up. And again. And again. No answer. They won't even answer Facebook messages any more.
Now I'm out of money and stuck with broken bicycle, I can't even use. Nor I can buy a new one from other shop. Wonderful.

I have ordered a Kugoo scooter which I had to send back due to malfunction and the replacement one as well. I am getting a full refund. I am not sure whether it’s the shops fault or the producers.

I ordered fiido d2s 20th Of May from geekmall. There had on stock. Also read 10 to 15 days take delivery. Then i asked 8th of June . They answer me after 3 days when I complained. Coming 20th of june. Now no answer. automatic answer yes, they are open 29th of May. DON'T EVER ORDER NOTHING FROM THERE!

I made a purchase from 29/11/19. Still waiting. Their answers are strange.
Finally everything is settled. A mustake was made and the delivery company cannot deliver in my country. Geekmall refunded me.

Ordered the Xiaomi Jimmy JV51. Which is a great price/quality vacuum. Geekmall is able to deliver this for corresponding prices as the Chinese Webshops with extremely fast shipping and taxes included. They claim to apply the European warranty, which is a plus.

Until now I only can highly recommend this webshop.

Bought the kugoo s1 scooter from here and it was a fantastic bit of kit. Purchased from this site as it comes with 2 yr warranty and promised fast delivery (which it did! 5 working days exactly and tracked every step of the way to England)

Update: following on having to make a warranty claim (10months after purchase) as the scooter developed a fault (“water damage to battery”). They blamed me for the water damage and had the audacity to offer me “a quote for repair”!!? lol absolute con artists. Buyer beware of this awful company I’ll never ever use again!
